A genuine local treasure, this little gem is stocked with some wonderful books and even some CDs and music books that are lovely and some which are hard to find. The owners are kind and knowledgeable and helpful. This may turn into one of my favorite places in marin.

I recommend Rebound Bookstore, because the owners, Joel and Toni Eis, are knowledgable and incredibly helpful in selecting books for their customers. I enjoy finding poetry, fiction, and other genres at their charming store in San Rafael.

Well the name of the company may be deceiving as one may think that this is a restoration service it is not. It is a bookstore. They take old books and they give them a second chance at life. hence the name rebound. They are a company that is based out of Massachusetts if I could recall correctly and their main focus is to promote literacy. not a bad experience. Little disappointed when I went in to get a book repaired and was told that there was no service offered there but I still scooped up books.
