I’ve had Rack N Road install several hitches for my leased cars over the years and they have always done a great job. This last time is no exception: they installed a very cool Stealth hitch which is lockable and removable.

I recently went to Rack N Road, on the suggestion from a friend and past customer, of this fun filled store and shop. I met with Jace and he helped me find and install the proper 5,000lb trailer hitch on my 2022 Subaru Ascent Touring. I love how the bumper cover completely hides the hitch, and that the hitch tucked completely inside the bumper on the frame between the frame and spare tire! AWESOME JOB!!
If you need racks, trailer hitches, gear, for your vehicles, it’s very worth the trip to Rack N Road in San Rafael! These guys are great, informative and thorough, you won’t get better service anywhere!
Nothing is cheap these days. You get what you pay for! I WILL BE BACK, for the roof top 4 season tent for me and the Mrs. As well as that trick rear rack system for all our gear! Keep the room inside the Subaru for the people??

I decided to try out a roof box for a trip we were taking and the guys at Rack N Road took a lot of time to show me the box options and explain the details. I decided to rent one and after returning from our trip, I plan to purchase a new one. I highly recommend Rack N Road.

I am from out of the area, and made an appointment to have a new rack put on. They worked very well fitting me in as best they could. The rack was installed quickly and I am very happy with the result. Pricing was the same as anywhere else I shopped for Yakima products, so buying from them was easy. I would highly recommend Rack and Road.

We ordered a hitch for my Prius so I could carry our ebikes. Tim and everyone else who worked with me were all so nice and very knowledgeable. No question was a stupid question and they treated my husband and I with kindness and respect which is do rare nowadays. We will probably buy a rack here from them for our fifth wheel. Don't think about going anywhere else!
