The Technician was pleasant, thorough and efficient. The only complaint I would have is the San Rafael location is not easy to find. It would be nice if there was signage in the front of the building. Otherwise it was a quick and easy visit.

Center does not look, feel or smell clean. Expedited check in does not expedite check in. All the questions the machine asked me, the lab tech behind the desk also asked me. Why the redundancy?

The woman who took my blood was exceptionally good--I did not feel a thing. This has always been my experience at Quest.
