Horrible customer service and return or check out stands. One person for all customers does not seem like a good organization while other employees are walking around and seemingly doing nothing. Very frustrating!

How are you guys continuously? Why every-time I come here you guys follow me and then when you ask me what I need help with you don't know and ask someone else. Why you pay employee to walk and watch customer but they make us feel weird and you think your better than me with that Home Depot job lmao like you always talking secretly and laughing but truly we All feel sad that your life is wasted being bias and judgmental watching me lmao fun fun sounds like you should be judge wince you got your s*** together. My daughter and I bought a beautiful cactus for my wife with a distinctive purple flower on top about a month ago (mom really loves purple). We were amazed that the purple flower remained vibrant throughout the month, and the cactus continued to grow! It grew so much that the spines pushed the flower off, and still it remained a lively purple (isn't nature amazing!?). Upon further review, we were very disappointed to discover that the purple flower was actually a plastic replica, attached to the top with hot glue!!! Thank you Home Depot for eroding our faith in both nature and retail plant sales.

I bought three hoses from Home Depot online and one of them decided not to work and start leaking so I called the store and they said I can bring it in and get a new one but when I got there it was a totally different story the return desk was unprofessional very rude. I asked for the manager and Marissa came to help out and she told me the exact same story that I already heard from the cashier. I told her how about customer satisfaction she said we don't believe in that. So I'm extremely disappointed with Home Depot. I don't think I would ever shop there anymore. Unprofessional and extremely rude.

Cannot even remember the last time I felt good leaving this place. Either I get home and the boxed item is broken or missing parts, once I ordered a door and they told me to pick it up but couldnt find it, today I go to to buy a front door, big ticket item, and no one's working in the door dept at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Im over it HD, done.

Store is always dirty, and most employees don't want to be there and resent you for coming in. Even better, today they had zero cashiers. Two self checkouts open, the rest blocked off, and when asked about it, one employee was just "yeah, just the self check, that's it".

Avoid this store at all cost!!! Absolute fraud behavior!They took my lumber order for a specific delivery date. I got notified that the order is being loaded for delivery. Next notification tells me that they tried to deliver but I wasn't at my house. I was in front of my house all morning, so that can not be true. After over an hour on the phone with Home Depot I learned that they don't even have the lumber, and never tried to deliver anything. Now they are telling me I need to wait a few weeks. Taking my money knowing that they don't have the product, Pretending that they tried to deliver a product that they don't have. That is scamming people to me.

Placed online for same day delivery. They claim the tried to deliver it - but they didn't show up, no call, no text, no one knocked on my door. I don't believe they tried. Now it's the next day and I've been on the phone for TWO hours and still can't get it resolved. The worker was here at 10:00 a.m. to do the work so I had to pay him without getting the work down. Just horrible across the board. Won't shop here again. They are obviously understaffed and unable to manage their delivery orders properly.And now, after TWO hours on the phone, the say they can't deliver it today, and will deliver it tomorrow. I have now cancelled the order. Look at all the low ratings here. Don't shop here is the message I guess.

Today I went to Home Depot to get lots of supplies for my vacant apartment building. When I was standing in the back with measurements for about 10 sets of blinds, this bossy, rude employee comes up to me and puts a blockade up in the aisle so I couldn't check for sizes I needed. Instead of helping me, she said that she needed another employee to get a palette down. About ten minutes later I spotted her busy with her cell phone! Little Miss Important needs to go back to HD training. I guess the new policy at Home Depot is customers need to get out of the way. Hello Amazon!!!

Horrible customer service. They are rude, don't answer their phone, absolutely awful. If you can, avoid this place, it's the only option sometimes which is a shame. Bummed I can't give 0 stars

Untrustworthy. This goes for this store and the corporation as a whole. Terrible service and doesn't take responsibility for problems on their end. I will not shop with The Home Depot anymore. Be cautious about purchasing anything from them.

I attempted to buy two appliances with Home Depot and have never experienced anything like this. I made the purchase online and opened a Home Depot credit card to do so. Multiple times when I had the appliances scheduled for delivery the drivers were a no-show. No call or anything from, the delivery company or Home Depot. I tried to have this rescheduled again two more times. A complete nightmare. Finally I asked for a refund after a month past and still no appliances. This still did not get processed right away. Meanwhile, I got a call from the credit card companies, Citibank about a past due payment. the payment that shouldn't even have needed to be made since I never received the appliances. Unreal. Most frustrating was the handling of the issues. I must've called home depot 10 times. I will never purchase an appliance from Home Depot ever.

I'm a female in the construction industry. San Rafael, CA, is the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. I've spent over $300k in this store alone this year only because they have product in stock. I 100% of the time always try and purchase from some place else first. When I "have to" go in the store, I always regret it. There is zero customer service. I've never interacted with a friendly person in this store. Don't bother asking a question, tere is one who cares to help or has any knowledge of the products. I've called and left the store manager a dozen messages and have never received a call back. Do yourself a favor and shop some place else. This store is absolutely the worst!

They literally do not care about you! BE PREPARED! I ordered all new appliances and had a plan. Spoke to the warehouse people and was told my date and time range. I called same day to Check in and had a status on my app that I was the 4th stop. I unplugged and took out all the food in the fridge. I took the day off work and waited around for the majority of the day. They waited the last hour of delivery time and just randomly sent me a text message saying your order has been rescheduled for 4 more day out when I work. When I called, I was very kind because I understand customer service. It's not their fault. the lady decide to put me on hold and forget about me and eventually I got transferred back to the main operated line. when I tell you Home Depot employees do not give a f@&k about you. I'm serious. They only would issue me $150 for inconvenience. it's the week before Christmas and I literally have no time to takeoff. thanks for the heads up and making my holiday season special Home Depot you're a real gem! I wish I could give you zero stars for the way I was treated.
