I’m somewhat new to the area, so when the oil light on my 07’ Infiniti SUV started to come on occasionally, I got nervous… especially since I recently changed my oil at another place in San Rafael. I called Pro Auto Service at 2:30pm to see if they could fit me in, & they said I could bring it over right away.After I Dropped it off, they called me back within 30-45mins and said it was just a problem w the oil filter, so they topped off the oil and sent me on my way. A less reputable shop could have said it was something much more expensive. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have great customer service. Happy that I’ve found my new mechanic in San Rafael!Services: Oil change

Phillip is very reliable and responsive to my concerns, and offered reasonable prices for my oil leak of my Subaru Outback. I really appreciated his thoroughness and expertise. He and his partner Jake really know how to take an engine apart and put it it all back together again.

Took my car to Pro Auto at 9:30 today to get electrical repair done. This job took a significant portion of the day for Pro Auto, yet the bill was less than $400. Anywhere else for skilled mechanics to work on a BMW in Marin Country would have cost me three times that. I you want high quality and reliable service at a very reasonable price take your car to Pro Auto on Lincoln Avenue in San Rafael.

I was stuck in San Rafael one evening for some car problem and saw Pro Auto. They were about to close for the evening, but the owner was nice enough to stay and help me resolved it. Even though I live in San Francisco, I've been coming to Pro Auto for a few years for oil changes and regular car maintenance. The staff and owner is friendly, efficient, and reliable.

These guys are super efficient, friendly, very affordable, and really helpful! I just took my 1988 van to them to check out my AC and I had them fix it because their accurate quote was too affordable to pass up. They had to order the parts to be delivered for my specific vehicle and they got the parts super fast and totally updated my AC system in just an hour or two! Definitely going to be going back to these studs whenever my van needs more maintenance or upgrades. Seriously recommend taking your vehicle to these guys for any work you may need or just give them a call and get an affordable quote.
