I brought my car to Precision Body today to deal with a minor paint scratch & received a quote very quickly from Mr. Nate. The Precision Detail team then immediately polished & removed the damage within 1 hour of bringing them my car. Great help, 5 stars service.

Got a full detail and they couldn't have possibly done a better job. My car was in ugly shape, pretty gross in the inside. Dog hair, the works. And now it looks like it just rolled off the lot. Thank you precision!!

Took my car here based on online reviews and manufacturer recommendation. They were quick to meet with me to look at the damage and discuss the process. I was told I would be emailed a quote so we could send to insurance and get everything rolling. Then I got GHOSTED. Nothing. I emailed asking for updates over 2 MONTHS with constant "we're busy - we'll get back to you" or "we're multiple weeks out" responses. It's only when I told them we were giving up and going somewhere else that I got a quick response! If you're looking for a shop to lure you into a false sense of confidence and security with their quick meeting times, only to have everything else come to a grinding and frustrating halt, this is the place for you.

The people at Precision are pros - the entire team. I had my Tesla repaired there following an accident. They exceeded expectations in every way. They even repaired a tire after noticing if picked up a screw on the road. I highly recommend this team.

OUTSTANDING!! There are body shops and then there is Precision! These people know the value of the your transportation and will repair it with full attention on detail. Honestly, I hope I never have a need to use them again, but if I do, I am going straight back to Precision without hesitation! You can't improve on the BEST!

My fiancee parked too close to a curb and pulled the front bumper off my Tesla Model S. I called Nate at Precision, and he said no problem bring it in and we're happy to look at it. Dakota greeted me with a smile and Elmer quickly got to work, reattached the bumper and had me good as new in less than an hour. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend this shop! 5 stars!

We are reporting this organization and pursuing multiple options for their egregious charges. DO NOT TRUST this Company. We brought our vans to a highly reputable Body Shop before returning them to the Fleet Management Company and they sent them to Dae Kim/Precision for follow up and now they claim multiple repairs? They charged $92 to stick a camera that was sealed by double sided tape back on the windshield. There are multiple items within the invoice that they claimed were broken or faulty that don't add up. We will be posting follow ups as we go

Bought a used car that someone had used as their dog kennel I think.
These guys did an amazing job of cleaning out white long fuzzy dog hair and the stench as well.

My car was parked outside during the fires and rain of ash we experienced here in the North Bay in Sept. 2020. After bringing the car to a drive-thru car wash the ash had filled the tooth in the paint. It looked like blackheads all over the car. In addition, the rubber around the windows and all the seams and edging needed detailed cleaning as well. The team at Precision Body Shop & Detail did an EXCELLENT job. They were professional, thorough, accommodating to my schedule, friendly, honest, and well priced.
