We applied to rent a property and agreed to pay the applicable fees which totalled $80. This was 9 days ago, and not only has Sendi not followed up (even if to tell us someone else signed a lease ahead of us), but she has been unreachable by phone or email. I'd expect some sort of response after going to the effort of physically touring, and my wife and I separately going to the effort to fill out lengthy applications.
Follow up: they charged us $30 for the pet screening fee, with no notification. I can only assume someone else was given the lease.
I don't recommend renting with Prandi Property Management.

I had an excellent experience with Prandi. They especially knowledgeable with markets rents and really made the whole process very smooth. Looking forward to using them again when the units turn over.

If you want to be mismanaged, mislead, and ganged up on look no further than Ren Lovett and her supervisor Lauren Mulvaney. They cannot handle any difficulty and resort to passive aggressive lying and accusing the client of their own rude behavior. After Ren lied multiple times and hung up on me I asked Lauren to remove Ren from my case. Lauren then accused me of being rude and unprofessional when I was stating facts and asking for clarity, interrupting me and making it impossible to state why I was concerned. When an issue arises they make it worse by not effectively communicating and blaming the clients under false pretense that is re-packaged into written language that keeps their jobs and masks their outbursts. When things get complicated you need professionals, not hypocrites. I see comments from the owner on negative reviews over months/years feigning concern, yet she is not changing the issues; this review is for the public.

As a renter in Marin, I've come across quite a few Prandi rentals. The properties they manage always linger on the market for ever!
I rented one house in Tiburon from them... Our landlord mentioned how disappointed and expensive she found them. I found them REALLY slow to coordinate my viewing... it's like you're an inconviniece to them. When I left that rental, I found a new tenant for my landlady in under 2 weeks (Prandi had her property open for nearly 3 months!!!).
Recently I've been trying to view one of their properties. The realtor took weeks to reply back to me when I couldn't make a mid-week viewing... actually the only reason she replied back was because I followed up with her again, tardy communication - and all the viewing times are mid-week which make it really difficult for people with 9-5 jobs top make.
Approach with caution.

For anyone who needs assistance and great advice for getting your home ready to rent ,this is the company to definitely work with. From the first day we met Matt he was so professional and helpful on how to go about updating and getting our home ready for renters. Then we worked with Anna who was so patient and helpful with feedback from potential renters. They always kept us in the loop about the progress of showing and renting our home. It was nice to know that they were taking care of every aspect of screening the potential renters and doing all the paperwork. We are so very happy with who they found and How they made the whole experience so pleasant. Again working with the team at Prandi is the way to go. It was a wonderful, professional experience.

When trying to contact the property manager there's no one to answer the phone, and when there is someone present on the phone lines they can provide no current information on the property and when asked about rent will stall with sas and hang up to your face while you won't hear from them for months, they refuse to talk to clients. when prandi switched my rent from yearly to monthly without notice when asking hannah she responded with "i can't help you i'm going to go now" after being blown off i asked again and hannah replied i have anxiety so i don't really feel like talking about it EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. if you come into a property 3 hours after the posted time and cause damages to personal property and real estate, i would have assumed that when brought to you attention would be dealt with, on contrary responding with "what that's not our problem" i feel like i'm renting through a sorority.

My experience with Prandi has been terrible. I have experienced an unacceptable lack of communication from property managers as well as maddening delays in services being performed post vendor estimate.Prandi continually blames and attributes these delays to the owner's failure to respond, while they continue to afford the owners an unspecified and unlimited amount of time to respond to approval requests with no repercussions.As a landlord myself, their lack of accountability and allegiance to their tenants is so, so disappointing.As an example of their professional inefficacy, and/or deference to owners over tenants, the owner of the house I have rented for 2 years left an abandoned park car in the driveway of the residence. Despite numerous requests, Prandi has cited the owner's refusal or inability to move or have the car moved with vague allusions to "legal issues" and offered me a rent credit each month instead of having the car removed.I have had visits from two separate employees, as initiated by Prandi, for "inspections" of both the exterior and interior of the house, with promises from each employee that they would follow up directly on the maintenance issues they observed during their visits. When I told one employee that I had shared many of the same issues with a different employee she said that she was not surprised as that employee is notorious for not following through. Neither employee ever contacted me or followed up.I was hopeful about Prandi, having heard good things about their business when I moved back to Marin from SF, but so far their service has been dismal.

Melissa Prandi and her team are 98% part angel and 2% bones, flesh and water …. ;-)My experience with Prandi Property has been 100% positive! I give them five ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️.For example, incredibly fast communication on all fronts along with easy communication tools between our needs and the office, paying rent and service requests. Contractors selected are always on their best behavior knowing the work is for Prandi. They even enjoy being contracted by Prandi!The Prandi team responsible for our home - Tara, Tony, Kim, Christine and a host of others show up to support our comforts. And they listen … for sure I feel heard.Melissa Prandi brought us the best turkey we ever ate on Thanksgiving one year - she hand delivered it!?? Insane love for tenants (insert mind blown emoji).Prandi is more than a business - for us they are family.Love you all and thank you all!!!!!!L & the boys -
