My first rental property and experience as a landlord was scary and stressful at times but I am so thankful for the Prandi team- especially Lauren Mulvany , she’s been amazing to work with , feels like family and I’ll truly miss her and all of you .

I have used Prandi Management for over 6 years and they have been so helpful in the management of our various apartments. I especially liked Sendi Ochoa with helping me find new tenants. She is doing a fabulous job with vetting the prospective tenants. She always seem to find one that is good.

Sendi was truly exceptional, she was fast through our application process and made the whole experience super awesome and helpful. The amount of effort and time Sendi put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, We love Prandi and our new home!
