Well, Run location with all the parts and pieces you may need. Great walk in tool selection. If you're needing to pick up something you're missing or worn out, they have several different companies and brands of tools there in addition to all the electrical supply items you may need.

I was looking for a LED light for my backyard pole and my contractor recommended this place. I purchased a LED light (day and night) on April 8 and my contractor installed it. It didn't seem to work because it had a sensor on it which made the light turn off if it was daytime. The light was in a position that it caught the brightness of the streetlight during the night and the brightness of the daytime during the day so it never turned on. On April 13, I went back to the store and tried to return it. The salesperson said they cannot take back anything that has to be wired. What kind of return policy is that? I then asked him if they sold those types of lights without the sensor and he said no. I asked him "What am I supposed to do?" He said he would contact his rep and get back to me. Today is April 28 and I still do not have an answer. I'm never coming back here!

Tell Electrical System Professional (ESP) aka RON HOFFMAN to go back to his 66 yr. arthritic old wife of 15 years who he ABANDONED on Oct. 13, 2019 because she called the elders of his church to talk to him about Scams he's running (Propool.com) and all his secret bank accounts, secret P.O.Boxes, secret laptops, secret phone/phone #'s, secret stuff locked up in his new red truck= she doesn't know how much money he makes, where the $$ are, how to pay bills (everything has secret passwords). He didn't even go backto help while she sat alone in the dark during the second 3-day power outage in CA, freezing, with no heat/hot water/melting refrigerator-spoiling food. He's supposedly worth Half a Mil (what he reported on a document) and all he (was) living in is a single-wide trailer, but portrays himself to Inside Pool Magazine, for ex., as some Hot Shot.

Platt is an electrical supply house geared towards professional electricians & contractors, but also selling to general public (no account needed). Unlike most professional electrical supply shops, Platt has a good website & a mobile app for finding what you need, creating a shopping list, or ordering parts. Unfortunately, Platt does not carry Schneider Electric parts.
