The cut is spot-on, giving him that perfect mix of suave and cute that we all adore. They've trimmed around his eyes so he can see the world better, and that little beard of his is shaped just right. It's not every day you find a groomer who gets it right from snout to tail, but this place did. They handled his unique coat like pros, keeping him comfortable and stylish. And he's loving it, too—just lounging there like the king of the castle. Absolutely thrilled with the service and the results! Definitely going back!”

909 D St, San Rafael“Amazing selection of cat treats and toys - they carry a wide range of churu treats (smaller packs and the buckets that have 50) at comparable pricing to Amazon. The young man helping my friend I today let us put up a lost pet poster which was very sweet. Petco wouldn’t allow it. Thank you very much for the help today!”
“This is by far the largest selection of pet food anywhere. The dog baths are affordable and easy to use. By being a member with your phone number you can spend less routinely on purchases.”
“Kristin from the Benicia store is amazing. my 7 year old chihuahua mix is a very picky eater. she took time with me and helped me find some food to give him and even told me how to introduce the new food to him. I can't thank her enough for taking so much time with me and helped me pup and me feel better. She over and beyond we will be back to that store again for sure”

It’s much closer for us and we can get our chicken feed and our dog food. My kids love looking at all the fishes in their tanks and watching the birds, guinea pigs and snakes. You can’t create a vibe like Redhill Pet Through any corporate entity it just comes naturally through neighborhood people and local folks. We love you Elvis. Sir walks a lot only uses red help pet center.”

375 3rd St, San Rafael“A decent Petco. Not amazing, but not bad by any means. It seems to have a MUCH larger selection of food than a few nearby locations. However, I have two complaints.
First, the staff levels when I went (weekend, mid day) seemed low. There was a total of two employees from what I saw (one restocking, one at checkout). To be fair, there weren't many customers, but it was very hard to find someone to help with a question I had. Not a delay breaker, but something to be aware of assuming I didn't come right when everyone was on break.
Second, the lighting sucks. It was relatively dark when I went compared to other stores. It makes the store feel more... idk, unwelcoming? Again, not a huge issue. It wasn't pitch dark and everything like that. I could still read signs with a little effort. But compared to other Petcos (or just stores in general), this one felt like the property owner or manager cut the electricity to half the lighting. At least, that's the feeling I felt while wondering the aisles.
All in all, not a bad store. Some negatives, sure, but the wide selection of products they have on offer here, even compared to other Petcos I've been to, offset that easily.”
“Good people, generally friendly and service responsive. They could differentiate themselves by having Associates help with the pet grooming by dropping in and out as needed to make it easier on pet parent to navigate the grooming process.
I like their setup and their willingness to respond. Better than Petco by a lot and not as good as they are capable of being.
Above all a good resourced and safe place to self groom my dog.”
