Amazing selection of cat treats and toys - they carry a wide range of churu treats (smaller packs and the buckets that have 50) at comparable pricing to Amazon. The young man helping my friend I today let us put up a lost pet poster which was very sweet. Petco wouldn’t allow it. Thank you very much for the help today!

I feel like Alex and I are friends. We chat about our picky chihuahuas and all the funny things we do to keep them happy! Our new rescue, who was once scared of being on leash, now runs with excitement into the store because she knows where the good people are! 11/10 recommend Pet Pro for your dog's needs!

I went in to get a slow feed bowl for my cat and the person working said they'd never seen one before and that I *might* be able to use one of the ones intended for dogs that they had in stock when I asked for help (never mind that I have seen them online and just wanted to shop local). Okay. I will add that this exchange transpired after I've already entered the store (empty except for salesperson), looked for the item and realized they most likely don't have it, and am on my way out. As I am on my way out I see the same salesperson standing behind the counter staring vacantly at me. No hello, no how can I help, no nothing. So I greet her and ask if they might have what I'm looking for just to double check. Not the best experience.

What a wonderful pet store! The staff are so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Prices are great, and you can actually park for free in a lot right outside. I've been living in Ross for a few years now, and never noticed this hidden gem. After my visit, I'm never going anywhere else!

Love this store. Really friendly owner, really nice items and it is nice to be in a store where the owner cares and has actual knowledge!! Nice selection of everything, my dog loves their treats over big chain store ones.

Very friendly, helpful service. The employees always help you to find the best price and products for you specifically. I've never felt as though they tried to charge me more than what I should pay. This is an underrated store that should be looked at more!

My fiancé and I were so happy to find our cat’s favorite kind of mouse toy at Pet Pro! They carry special toys that are harder to find at big box stores. Our cat is one year old and goes through mouse toys frequently through high energy play! I am glad to know we can find what we need around the corner at this local gem! I was also able to restock my guinea pig hay. Thank you for serving our community and being an awesome shop!
