I have my Standard Schnauzer groomed by Stella. This is not an easy task if you know the breed. Stella does an amazing job. My dog is happy and looks beautiful. My dog goes to the daycare and I have boarded her there five days to two weeks at a time. All of the staff members are friendly. knowledgeable about the services provided and truly love what they do and taking care of your pet.

My dog always has the best time and treated with such care. I love that they offer nail trimming and bathing as well! We appreciate their great customer service love their just play date and boarding offerings.

Our favorite place in Marin for dog boarding and day care!They have a great system for making reservations, friendly staff and grooming services. Our 2 y.o Amstaffy always comes home exhausted which tells us he's actually playing and engaging in activities. They also provide report cards upon request which is so helpful when leaving for a longer trip. Love them so far!

Great, affordable place for doggie daycare. I drop off my pups here when it’s a long work day for me. They enjoy their time here and is usually very excited to go play. I believe there’s two sections: one small dog area and one large dog area. Both areas are outdoor with partial to full sun coverage. However, it can get pretty hot in San Rafael sometimes. The staff here is always very nice and sometimes they’ll take photos of your pup to let you know how they are doing. These photos will not been the same day usually, typically a couple weeks after and sometimes they’re lost.Why not 5 stars you ask? Mostly because my dogs aren’t given enough water despite being outside all day. Every time I pick them up, they would go through a full water bottle of water (2 dogs, both ~30lbs). They don’t want me to start driving until they get their water. This makes me concerned about the amount of water they’re getting when they’re at the center.They also require your dog to have bordetella vaccine every 6 months. My vet thought it was overkill. I was happy to comply with it but it can be annoying if you don’t go regularly and realize the day you wanna go, their vaccine could be expired and you’ll need another plan.

I have taken my puppy to the San Rafael location for a trial day. It was free which is really nice and we appreciated the efforts. The staff are friendly, helpful, and returned my calls promptly, the whole process was easy. They kept me informed about my puppy. She was a bit anxious but they assured me it was normal for the first time. They sent me a report card --- pictures of her, at the end of the day. Sounds like she had a pretty good day there, she was a little tired when we picked her up which was expected. We will definitely take her back to give more tries! Thank you!

The Novato location is very clean and our dog was so happy when I picked him up. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff as well!

Been taking our dog here since he was a pup for daycare, grooming & boarding. The staff is awesome & our dog gets super excited every time we pull up to Park-a-Pup!

I love getting pictures and how clean my dog Simba is after his baths that are included. I also love how friendly the staff is with all the owners and dogs.

Sir Ripley is a shy husky and Park a Pup recognized that and eased him into his play sessions. He ended up having a wonderful time. Will use this place again for sure.

My dog, Panda, had her trial day today and I knew going in she was very anxious. The staff was aware and attentive to her needs and kept me updated throughout the day. By the time I picked her up, I could tell she was happy to be going home but also know she did have a good time and was taken well care off. Thank you to everyone for the experience!

Novato park a pup is a great place to leave your dog. jazzbeau loves it. he comes home a very happy and tired dog. the staff are friendly and welcoming and incredibly patient.

My puppy went for a trial day and loved it! Upon arriving it was a little hard to find so drive slow. Parking is right up front at the gate, perfect! Staff was friendly and my puppy immediately went straight to them very comfortably! When I picked him up he was happy and tired! (He is a German shepherd mix with too much energy so I’m glad he burnt it all!) the prices are reasonable and affordable. It’s cool that they offer grooming services too! I’m sure my pup can’t wait to go back! They also send you updates on your dogs and send you cute photos!!! Thank you guys!!!
