It was great from the very start. I knew nothing about shipping household goods to Hong Kong, but Craig and Betty were helpful and patient in explaining everything to me and guiding me through the process. The goods arrived very close to the date we requested and not a single thing was broken. I definitely recommend their company.

Moving can be really stressful depending on where you're moving to next. I had a really hard time to figure out which moving company was going to bring all my furniture on time with no damage as I needed some of them to sell the day it arrives. I found out about sunset international shipping recently so I messaged them for a quote. They actually replied the next day which is surprising because moving company's take their time.They quoted each item that needed to be moved. I did not have a lot of money to spend for this move so I was glad their pricing was affordable. They packed everything fairly quickly with wraps to cover and protect my furniture from any damage. They were really nice about everything and very helpful. Great customer service! They basically helped my move my whole house from sf to Australia... which is awesome. Nothing was damaged and all my things came to my new place in Melbourne in no time!

I really glad I decided to work with this company. I normally don't really trust moving companies because I don't really know how the movers will handle my items and often times they are so really expensive and never on time. I was helping move a couple of my housemates items from San Francisco back to London, UK because my previous housemate had taken a couple of items that were theirs. Since they were no longer in the area, my housemate asked if I could help them with the move. This company was really professional. They were really fast at responding to my messages about pricing and really fair about it too. Compared to other moving companies, their prices were affordable. On the day of the move, they actually showed up earlier than expected and was able to go over every single detail with me. They also help wrap a lot of my items up for me and were really good at handling some of my more fragile items. Upon arriving in London, UK and inspecting everything, all my items were given to me in perfect condition or how I left them! Nothing was missing or left behind in the move. They even offered to help me unpack some of my furniture and unwrap everything for me. Overall, my experience with this company was really positive. I would really recommend this company to anyone who is planning to move anytime soon. They were really polite and really professional with how they handled everything. Communication is key when it comes to moving companies and they definitely delivered on their part. They really made my move across the state really smooth and stress free.

Sunset provided all of the necessary materials we needed to move quite a lot of large furniture. My boss was moving overseas and needed help moving all of his belongings since he has a LOT of nice things. He obviously paid to send the items through plane since money isn't a problem for him but it cost him a lot less than what he thought it would. Other moving companies charged the same amount to send it through ship! Lots of huge boxes and crates were sent, no joke it probably took up a whole cargo plane lol I helped him with his move and he was very happy I was able to find sunset for him. They did an excellent job, he's now living in Japan and loves his new place. All of this was made possible by Sunset International, he highly recommends you give them a call for your moving needs.
