I found O'Neil through an internet search and reached out about creating our bags. I dealt with Jamie and sent him our artwork and he turned the design within a couple of days, Once we confirmed the names, the bags were custom made (a lot of colors to pick from) and then embroidered and shipped within a week. Transaction was done over emails and was pretty seamless. The bags are excellent quality, the embroidery is perfect.

I've been trying to order a custom bag from them for over a year. They don't answer the phone, reply via email and never follow thru. I suggest if you are not local - buy from someone else. Very dissapointed. (If they ever follow thru I will gladly update my review)

0/5 stars for poor communication and management. Dropped off the items to be embroidered and heard nothing for one month. I called and emailed multiple times with no reply. Finally, I got an answer on the phone and said they would send a proof that I could approve and have the order completed same day...after they already had the items for a month. Never got an email. No one answered the phone again, so I ended up showing up at the shop to take my items after they told me it would be finished 3 days prior. The items were not embroidered when I showed up and said they would embroider them on the spot when I was in the shop. I ended up canceling the order and will be going to a different company. Why does it take your customers standing there in-person to make sure you completed an order? Don't waste your time.
