I recently had the pleasure of working with North Bay Moving & Storage for an extensive move from Santa Rosa to Sebastopol, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional, and they exceeded all of my expectations.
The team at North Bay Moving & Storage, based in San Rafael but serving the greater northern bay area, was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They handled every aspect of the move with care and attention to detail, ensuring that all of my belongings arrived at their destination safe and sound.
What impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction. Despite the challenges of a long-distance move, they maintained clear communication throughout the process and went above and beyond to address any concerns I had.
Thanks to North Bay Moving & Storage, what could have been a stressful experience turned out to be smooth and seamless. I am truly grateful for their expertise and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

I had a small move from NH to Florida and everything was great! The pick up in NH was prompt and efficient and the FL delivery was painless. The high-level of communication with the office and the drivers made everything really stress-free.

These guys were amazing! From the first call with Terrie to setup the move until the last box was dropped off, it was a friendly and professional service. Ed, David and Martin were fabulous. They were very punctual and went above and beyond when we needed some extra boxing done and some furniture taken apart. They had a set of stairs on both ends and never once let that slow them down!! As much as a pain it is to move, they made the process tolerable. Now if I could Comcast straightened out!!

Terry and Robert could not have been more horrible. Antiques were destroyed, and they did only damage while costing a huge amount. They will go to court for their conduct, by the way, this was not a full move, this was just taking it to their storage space. So bad, we changed movers. They ruined so much. Do not use them. We've moved many times, but this is hard to understand. We have photos. Don't use them.

I hired North Bay Moving and Storage last week for a move that I did and really enjoyed their help! I moved from two locations (storage and house) to one house. First, they fit me in last minute when they already had a full schedule. Second, they quoted me a reasonable price but the men were so efficient that the quote was almost cut in half in the end. I made sure to tip them extra. ;-) Lastly, and almost most importantly, the three movers were early, extremely efficient, and professional. They listened to all of my special requests, put my Sleep Number bed back together correctly (YAY), and were kind to my 3 year old who frequently found himself in their way. I highly recommend this company!! I have used 3 moving companies within the last 4 years and this company was by far the best.
