We had a fast easy experience because they listened to what we wanted, asked the right questions, and were able to direct us to a couple bikes that fit our criteria. The salesman was friendly and gave good safety advice to my son.

From here on out I’m not going to even waste my time entertaining the idea of working on my bike anymore

Rafael Tello-Gallardo In the service shop is the absolute best! He’s extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! I followed him from another bike shop over to Mike’s Bikes and he just makes that place so much better. Where he goes, my bike budget goes with him!

I am from Utah and purchased my Santa Cruz from Mikes Bikes online out of Northern California. The process was super easy and quick. They pre-assembled and tuned the bike then re-packaged it up. When it arrived I just had to install the handle bars and front tire and it was pretty much ready to ride. The whole process was very easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to make my next purchase from them again. ????

Great selection, since they lost Specialized (and that's not their fault), they've added in Pivot which is a fantastic brand for mountain bikes, expanded Cannondale and still got a great selection of Santa Cruz bikes. Also what I love about this location is the kids bike selection and the repair team here is top notch. Highly recommend Mikes - and if you catch a sale you will 100% find a great deal!
