I came to buy a phone at this store because it was close by and it was the most traumatic experience I’ve been in as an adult it was scary the register lady got loud and aggressive and hostile when I told her she had already charged my card and only owed her six dollars instead of what she was saying that my card was declined. They all were staring at my dead pretty menacing and saying stuff aggressively in Spanish idk I was with two male family member’s and they were stilll pretty scary I feel like I survived a robbery or something

Don't go to this metro they have the same girl from the other metro in San Rafael that closed down doing the same thing over pricing for phone and service. Also start speaking Spanish went they want to rip you off and they just did it to my daughter moments ago

Yesterday I was served by a woman in the Metro store on 4th street, VERY RUDE AND INCOMPETENT, for every question I asked her since it was not explained in detail, she answered me very rudely and disrespectfully. At the end she added an assurance that she never mentioned to me. I don't even wonder if I wanted to. I hope someone can let him know that this is his job and that he does it well.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was in line for 20 minutes and the one employee there was helping someone which is fine. But in that 20 minutes, she never said "hi" or "we will be right with you" etc. I finally asked if anyone else was working and she said yes but she is doing paperwork. The girl doing paperwork heard that and came out on her own and was nice. Then I called and asked about memory cards and when I asked what size they have, the answer was "small". I asked what class the cards are. A long silence followed. She had no clue what anything was. Terrible customer service

Stopped by to see if my cell's battery may be defective or was it the phone. It went blank with only a red blinking light.The two young ladies there saw the phone with one saying she never saw that phone before ever.I assured her I bought it there, it was my 2nd purchase at this store.After trying unsuccessfully to recharge it ...something I had already told them I tried, they said it was the phone. And could I "step aside" to help someone next.I asked for my phone back and researched resetting my model. I successfully reset it after following a Youtube instruction!Start practicing your customer service skills ladies.

I recently went in to switch phones with the same line. Both woman working behind the counter we're very kind and professional. It was clear that the employee helping me was new, but she did a great job asking for help and was able to assist both my brother and I with ease. There must be new management, and it shows. You're team is going an excellent job, especially during these stressful times.

If only I could give zero stars. If only... This place is truly a model for bad business. Almost every time I've come here, the employees have been rude and poorly informed. This week I tried to come in before an appointment I had to pay my bill and got there 8 minutes before the posted open time of 10am. ... I ended up leaving the growing crowd of customers who were piling in front of the store 10 minutes after they were SUPPOSED to open. I went to the other Metro store that was a little further away and got helped right away.

This place has turned sour since the big guy left. Oh man. He was awesome. Good customer service and he knew what he was doing when it came to phones. Today I just needed my screen protectors replaced on the phones I just bought last month from Metro and had then place screen protectors on... They bubbled up because this guy who doesn't know what he is doing put them on. I even said I saw it bubbling when he was doing it but seriously that just made it worse. He rips it off and proceeds to try and re set it back down! I told him the sticky part seals it and then thats it. Its not made to come off and on again. He disregarded me, then set it down and walked away. Apparently he was done? The price changes every time i go in there now. The same glass covers i get on amazon for 5.99 are now 20+ $??but gave me a deal?? I paid 55$ for old phone cases out of a broken white storage crate. I literally get the same case from the same store for 8$ cheaper last time. And to think that as the phone gets older now the protector goes up in price? Lgq7. Its not fancy folks. The team was rude. Acted like i didnt exist. I asked for my discarded case wrapper and protector boxes to be stuck in a bag with my receipt. Nope. The guy walks away and im standing there while the young lady at the counter starts helping the next customers. After a few minutes and me realizing this guy is done apparently. I said excuse me but can I get my bag and receipt and discarded items??? The lady quickly gets off her stool and runs a bag to me and I just let her know that its unfortunate the place is like this now, it used to be good customer service. Now they dont even let you keep the purchases you make. They decide whats trash and i even got carded when using my credit card. Its not that I cared, until the people in front of me, and the people behind didnt get carded. And they were attended to. When i was reaching for my wallet, the young girl asked the guy who didnt know anything about phones at all. "How much I charge for these" in Spanish! How ridiculous. Obvious she isn't new. She is handling money... So not only am I treated like I don't exist or like my preferences do not matter. Im being ripped off now too. I was heated so I immediately told them on the way out I have no more time for this nonsense today. You will be replacing the screen covers soon so as soon as I have time I will bring them back at NO additional cost. I called customer service and they said stores get to set their own prices but agrees prices should be set BEFORE the customer decides to buy an outdated old item. It rude to speak a foreign language with intent to do sneaky things. I caution everyone from going near a metro store. From having a metro plan even. They are the worst experience I have ever had. I think pagers were probably better and definitely got more service. Customer service is always great on the phone and always wants to make it right. Some things you can't fix though. That guy and that store are not good for business.
