We purchased a McRoskey mattress most recently. Roman was our guy. Roman was so hands-on with regard to all the information we required in order to make a decision about our purchase. No pressure sales at it's best. My only regret is that we didn't purchase our McRoskey mattress sooner. Every morning I wake to a rested body - no more kinks in my back and/or neck. This mattress is the bomb. Thank you McRoskey - your product is amazing and thank you Roman for your expertise in guiding us in the right direction!

Marina was our salesperson at the San Rafael store in September 2019. She is very knowledgable and helpful in helping us select our new mattress. We ordered the McRoskeys Classic Gentle. The mattress is working out perfect for us. We are sleeping on a dream cloud every night. We are very thankful to Marina for helping us to select the perfect mattress.

We worked with Roman at the San Rafael store. He was very knowledgeable about the McRoskey mattresses. He gave us plenty of time to decide on what mattress we felt would be best for us. He is a very pleasant person to work with. If you go to the SR store be sure to ask for him. if he is not working there - find out what store he is working at and get a hold of him. You will be glad you made the effort.

Fantastic customer service. I worked with Greg, he was knowledgeable and low pressure. He called me back immediately when I had a question. The clean, uncluttered showroom is so much nicer than a typical mattress store.

McRoskey is well known in the SF area for it's incredibly well made, quality mattresses. I first heard about the SF company 30 years ago when I moved to the bay area. So excited to learn they had opened a store in San Rafael. I had been wanting a new adjustable bed/mattress for sometime now and did tons of research. Went with what I felt was the very best of class in all respects...a McRoskey adjustable mattress with wool for better temperature control along with their Leggett and Platt Prodigy 2.0 adjustable frame. Greg made my purchase quick, easy and painless. He is a wealth of knowledge and clearly proud of the superior product he sells. Outstanding product and service! Highly recommend.

Went to McRoskey’s in San Rafael. Greg was super helpful! He even advised that in my current living situation a spring mattress might not be the best option. My sore back greatly appreciates his putting my comfort ahead of a sale.
