We had a very pleasant experience at mattress firm in San Rafael. Eric was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on all the mattresses in the store. He never once pressed us to buy the most expensive mattress He asked us a few background questions about our current mattress and how we sleep and allowed us to try multiple different options that might fit us best.
If you are thinking about purchasing a mattress, you need to definitely ask for Eric, his customer service was excellent!!!

We've bought four mattresses over the last few years and always go to Matress Firm, as the team is helpful, never push a particular product on us, and ensure we are given the best possible price. Nicholas helped us with our most recent purchase, he was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to update our order when we decided we wanted an item originally declined in the store, but then changed our mind after we got home.
