I was long overdue for a new mattress, so went to Mary's because of it's reputation for honest dealing and fair prices. I met with Leslie there, and she guided me through the choice of a new mattress (not futon, which I was considering). It's been almost a month and I couldn't be happier with the mattress. Which, after some later looking, cost about 1/5 what many queen mattresses are selling for.

I had a great experience with Mary. I needed some sort of bed for my guestroom quick. She was super helpful and I quickly ended up with the perfect choice within my budget. Because of the pandemic, she didn't have her own delivery people any more. The third party app I used messed up and wouldn't unbox my couch which made it impossible to get it up the stairs. Mary exhibited great customer service and went to bat for me and within an hour my sofa bed was all set up on the third floor with no extra cost. I highly recommend her business and I am super happy with my purchase.

We were so thrilled with our futon we purchased at Mary's Futon that we wanted to get a nice cover for it. I just popped in and found the PERFECT COVER at a reasonable price.

Great experience with Leslie at Mary's futon. We were in need of a futon for a tight space and wanted something practical and reasonable as we weren't sure how long we'd be using it. Leslie helped us find a great deal, texted us pictures, and when we had a small window to check it out, was very accommodating and showed it to us right away. I was then able to purchase over the phone the next day and coordinate with my cousin to pick it up and deliver to us (which was great, as I'm 39 weeks pregnant!). Professional, thoughtful, no pressure and helpful. Overall great service and we love our futon too :)

Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in years. Courteous and attentivewithout being pushy or intrusive. She allowed me to browse at my own pace and never rushed me, there was no high-pressure salesmanship. But every time I had a question she was available; and this woman knows her stock inside and is bluntly honest about the pros and cons of each item.It's easy to see why she has such a loyal following of customers. I was searching for a new sofa bed/futon to replace my very old one. But I wanted something that looked good as a sofa and was comfortable to sleep on. I went to Mary's Hide & Sleep and found the perfect sofa sleeper! They were so helpful and were able to have it delivered in time for guests to arrive. Mary came to my house and helped with the delivery. I'm so happy with my choice! Thank you!
