If you are even remotely interested in a reverse mortgage and want to learn more about it , Mary Joe Lafaye’s seminar is an exceptional and easy way to do it. Her presentation is clear and comprehensive and she can answer any questions and concerns you might have. I took it a second time because I had too many questions and I left there knowing that I can reach out to her anytime and she will answer my questions. I highly recommend it.

Mary Jo was able to secure a reverse mortgage for one of my elderly clients. She worked diligently throughout the whole process. Without her assistance, my client would have to sell his home and move into a convalescent care facility. Now he is able to stay in his home and get the 24/7 care he needs.

Mary Jo is an amazing person who really cares about her clients. Because interest rates are so high now, I asked her what she might recommend and she offers a HELOC that will go lower when rates go lower, and there is no interest until funds are taken/needed. She had some other creative ideas as well, and I knew I would be in good hands.

We recommended Mary Jo Lafaye to my mother-in-law who needed guidance around the issue of reverse mortgages and would it be something for her to consider. Mary Jo was VERY patient with her and made her feel much better about her financial situation and what the next move should be. Mary Jo is truly one of the best reverse mortgage consultants in the country! I am also a reverse mortgage consultant. When I recently had a customer in Mary Jo's neck of the woods, I did not hesitate requesting Mary Jo's assistance to fulfill the client's needs, even though I might have attempted to assist from afar.
