We were having the worst day, and Marin Imports came through for us. Our car died after we accidentally left a light on while hurrying into and waiting in the emergency vet next door with our dog. They got our car started in record time so we could get him home to rest! Thank you, Marin Imports!!! You were truly a blessing today.

I have consigned vehicles and purchased vehicles from Marin Imports the past 6 years and the experience has been absolutely incredible. I have dealt directly with the owner and at times his staff but no matter who you work with the treatment you receive is always very professional and consistent . If you are looking for a particular vehicle they will find it for you at a very reasonable price so I plan on making all future used car purchases from Marin Imports and highly recommend this business. They are not your typical used car dealers who tell you what you want to hear but they do tell you what you want to know and are very honest. You can not go wrong purchasing a vehicle from this establishment

I was genuinely hoping the reviews for this place were just a bunch of unrealistic Karens’ , however, every single bad review left for this place seems to be extremely accurate. Very unprofessional, don’t even know how to fill out a credit app., condescending, won’t give you the time of day, no room for negotiation, didn’t know much about the vehicle. So please don’t go here thinking they’re willing to work with you, you will waste your time. I get it I was in sales- You HAVE to make money, but they will not even run your credit or give you an exact number on payments without you buying it for full asking price. Essentially, refusing to run my credit. period. ( I’m not sure they knew how to). When I flat asked for them to run it and get me a number on monthly payments, they quite literally would not. They took all my information including my social security and then wouldn’t even process the application. They then said they could take it to auction and sell it for more than the $1,500 less than asking, then why didn’t they? If their profit margins are so slim? They continued to compare this heavily used, 4 year old, 35k miles over the max of what it should be at for its age, vehicle to a BRAND NEW one. Vehicle had numerous aesthetic issues even though they were not listed on ad. Proceeded to tell us they could fix all that $300-$400 in house with a cracked windshield, gashed rims (all 4), chips/scratches in paint. I would sure like to know the cheap mechanic/paint shop doing that work lol. Not to mention the unfixed recall. Got quoted for the same model car, brand new (2024) 0% down w/ CA sales tax, interest, and fees included for 2.5 times the price of this used vehicle and they were telling me the payments that weren’t even defined by months or a plan once while we were there (that they wouldn’t even plug in the computer) would be as much as the brand new, 0 mile vehicle with the 15-20% down on this used one. Pleaseeee you are not fooling anyone. People please do your research before going to a joke of a dealership like this. I literally never write reviews, but found this to be something that everyone potentially buying a car here should know before wasting their time. The stupidity that this dealership radiates is beyond belief. One guy whom didn’t even take the time to introduce himself flat out said “we’re not here to earn your business” what?? Someone must’ve never learned customer service or basic dealership etiquette. Not to mention, we called in 2 hrs in advance they said they’d have the vehicle pulled out, they followed up when we were 20 minutes out- said they would pull it out, sure enough when we got there it was not pulled up or cleaned up. This doesn’t mean much to us in itself, it’s just the fact you tell someone you’re going to do something for them and they don’t follow through. Fairness & honesty is all one can ask for as a customer and they could not even provide that. Best of luck.

Don did not follow up on our requests for the other keys we needed for the car and roof rack. Blew us off after we bought the vehicle.

Totally ripped off A After a couple of months of hassles and thousands of dollars of repair that reportedly was in excellent condition., I have learned a painful expensive lesson.

If there were a zero star option this business would surely be getting it from me. I had the absolute worst car buying experience here. Upon receipt of my vehicle it was absolutely filthy. Melted crayons and glitter all over the back seats and cargo area and a layer of unidentifiable grime over every inch of the interior. I was promised to be set up with a detailing appointment (and a full tank of gas) which never happened though I contacted my salesman multiple times to schedule. I moved out of state a month after purchasing the vehicle and after contacting the dealership to request compensation I was offered $100 which will certainly not cover all of the detail work which needed to be taken care of. ***** are scratches all over on the paint and the rear bumper was very obviously hit and scratched up a lot. I have been going back and forth with them for nearly two months and have not received the $100 check though I provided my new mailing address twice. I was also told I would be given a second key and this has not happened either...they have flat out refused to take care of that and I haven't heard from them in over a month now. Bottom line is never trust a used car salesman even if he does claim to be \

Bought a 2007 370z here a couple years ago.1. Brakes and rotors were very worn down and needed to be replaced a month after purchase.2. The tires were worn down but they painted the side wall to make it look like the tire was great. Needed to replace all 4 tires as well a month after purchase.3. The cruise control on my car didn’t work, they never mentioned and when I tried to tell them they said car was sold “as is”4. These guys got me a 13% APR due to a low credit score and would absolutely not budge on the price.5. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Stopped in to check out a truck, the staff was friendly as soon as you walked in the door. I met with Omid one of the salesmen, he was pretty cool and informative. I'd definitely go back to them for vehicle needs in the future.

We brought a Porsche from here and took it in for service at a dealership in Livermore. We had issues right of the bat with the service regarding a warranty. We naturally called omid, and let me say that in all my years of dealing with vehicle sales, I have never in my life met someone who was helpful in resolving the issue. There are too many people in life that have a kind and caring soul, and he is one of the few that does. I have no idea what words to use to say thank you to him. I am speechless. Omid doesn't have to do anything for us, but he did. We need more people like this in the world and this dealership should feel blessed to have him. I would definitely come back. My car buying experience was flawless also!!!

I got my car from these guys about 2 yrs ago. From start to finish these guys answered all my questions and wasted no time. My credit was pretty shot yet they managed to get me a loan. I just got my pink slip and the car still drives like a dream. I've had no issues and would highly recommend them. Their car selections are pretty legit.

We wouldn't have even given a star if we didn't have too. I can't believe they are still in business Omid told me he would help us after they sold us a terrible Yukon Denali motor was half blown it had been totaled but they hid it. I have put thirty thousand into the truck just to keep it running I have one more year of payments they are horrible thief's don't trust them whatsoever They told me to drive my truck I bought from them off a cliff because than my insurance would pay it off and I would be better off That's how dishonest they are so be careful and definitely don't buy here. Owner wouldn't even call me to apologize. Him and Omid don't care as long as they steal your money
