Wasn’t ready even though it was just hemming a dress and they had 2 weeks. I was called right at pickup that it wasn’t ready and I said I needed it by 1p. I arrived at 1:30p and it was still being worked on. We ended up being late to our event. I’d never use this shop again.

Lily has tailored a number of pieces for me now - a broken zipper on a sports bra, removing elastic around a sweater collar, hemming pants, fixing holes in well-worn shirts, etc.
she and her team are so kind and I’m happy with the quality work done and the fair prices. It’s also nice to have her business in this part of the neighborhood - conveniently located and good hours

Was quoted $25 (for hemming pants) and returned to pick up my clothes and the bill was $80. Would not recommend if you are looking for a reliable/affordable tailor

They quoted us $35 for altering a prom blazer, which both of us clearly heard. Upon pickup, they charged my kiddo $45 + tax for a total of $55, and denied the initial quote. They did a good job, but didn’t appreciate being misquoted. Make sure to have them write down their quote before leaving.Service: Alterations

The lady here is very nice. I just became an EMT and they asked us to get our pants hemmed and told me it would be about 10 to 15 bucks. This is for two pairs of pants. I was charged $120 and I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I'm a woman and I had no idea what the fee was. She was able to get them ready for me in three days but everyone I know is saying I was robbed :(
