Tony Paoletti of Inspired Environments made my day. I called him to see if he could help me. He had parts for an exterior blind that I couldn't find anywhere else. He was off-site but said he could meet me at his business. It wasn't a big project for him to take on. Tony was still willing to help me out. I don't find many people like that. I highly recommend him.

Tony and Gregor did an amazing job installing a retractable awning over my balcony. Everything was flawless from start to finish and completed within a very quick timeframe. Tony first helped me assess the right solution for my needs (which included a shade that could withstand gusty winds common in my area). He also identified a creative option to secure the awning with bracket reinforcements (much more cost effective than other structural options I was initially exploring). On installation day everything went seamless and they really went above and beyond to ensure impeccable attention to detail (including touchup paint around the awning, electrical work to ensure no wires were exposed, proper pitch/alignment, etc.). I absolutely love my new awning and would highly recommend Inspired Environments!

Everything in my life is automated - why not automate my window shades for my extremely high windows. Timothy and his team were wonderful. Not only were his recommendations for the townhouses perfect, he made it all so easy. He ordered the custom sizes in beautifully tailored roller shades, gave me a very good price, and delivered and installed within a couple weeks. He did my first unit a year ago, and also the street facing windows In the second unit...11 shades in all that insure privacy but let filtered light through, which is what we wanted. Then a couple months ago we ordered black out shades for the second unit’s large floor to ceiling bedroom windows that overlook the water. Again, they were perfect. I highly recommend Inspired Envirinments and when the need arises I will definitely use them again.

Inspire Environments delivered great service. Unfortunately, we got to know Kevin and Hector very well because the Lutron product was VERY problematic. After two YEARS of frustration, we finally asked/demanded that Lutron replace all of the blinds (there were 12 total) that had not already been replaced, which they finally did. Now, all are working properly. The response from Inspired Environments was always great. Maybe they could have suggested that we put our experience into writing sooner to get replacements sooner. At the price of Lutron products, LUTRON should be forthcoming in making things right.
