I was overcharged for 2 items. Manager didn't even looked at the receipt and told the cashier to give a refund for 1 item and walked away without saying anything else. Poor customer service

I always walk out of that store with more than I intended to buy! They have sooo many great things. The line to check out is usually long but it's worth it, and returns are easy.

Used to be one of my favorite stores and I would normally give it 5 stars. But since not much kids stuff anymore, I'm rarely in there. They used to have the best Halloween costumes! Not anymore. Got a gift card for Xmas and haven't used it yet. Nothing in there I need or want.

It's ok, I've seen nicer stores. Many things are on the floors and half of the customers are rude to you like they own you.

I love this place!!!!!! They have everything you could need for a home and they have the best bling ever and the prices are amazing. The kitchen gadgets are potential for stuff you've never even thought of, I feel like I could just move in there. You'll have fun of you go and you'll find what you're looking for and even better, you'll find something you weren't looking for and LOVE IT

Christmas is definitely in the air at HomeGoods!! Off to the side of the store are over 100 Santas waiting to be placed somewhere in your home. Miss Martha Stewart got my heart all warmed up with these cute Milk and Cookies candles!!

The manager could not be bothered helping get a price for a rug I found. They told the associate to find some other person and have them do it. Well, that person was on break so I waited the 10 minutes and came back. The person had not addressed the price inquiry, so the cashier radioed the associate again...the manager over heard since he was unpacking $1.99 store tote bags (one at a time mind you) at the checkout line, so they then radioed the associate themself and asked them to find a tag for a rug that was $79. The manager was unpacking reusable tote bags one at a time versus helping a customer...and they knew the price!!!! :-( HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

This store is the biggest HomeGoods I've been. It is very clean and kept organized even at the end of the day. The staff are all friendly and accessible.

Best customer service of all three Northern California RH Outlets. It’s the smallest of the three, but definitely worth a visit just to meet the staff. Always find a least one little gem at RHO. Don’t miss this one.
