I chose to immerse myself in the Hoffman Process 10 years ago, at a pivitol moment in my life. The Process is a clearing, an oasis, a week apart from the busy-ness and distractions in our daily lives. Results? Groundedness, Heightened creativity, confidence, clarity, vision, and love (for myself and all others) - it's a chance to shore up our life's foundation, upon which so much more is possible, for ourselves, for our tribe and for the world and humanity at large. It's made a significant and immensely positive difference in my life.

Maybe works for other people didn't work for me. Save your cash and go to Mexico and do Ibogaine instead trust me it works this place is just a weird cult like center you will leave feeling the same way you felt walking in. Again go get your brain fixed with Ibogaine in Mexico it works permanently point blank period. Saved my life.

Hoffman was recommend by a therapist when I was separated from my husband 10 years ago. It's not that I didn't get anything out of the program, it's that it was the wrong program for a woman who wanted to save her marriage. In short it was bad advice to attend during a separation. Hoffman offers ZERO help for a woman who is separated or unhappy married to turn her life around. I found a program that is really what I wish I had known about back then. I'm sure I would still be married, and it would have saved me tremendous pain, upheaval, stress, and innumerable burdens. I am now remarried and I have a wonderful husband, who I adore. I found a marriage program after feeling like some of the old patterns were coming up again that derailed my first marriage. The program I'd recommend for a woman who wants to work on her marriage, or even is on the fence, even if he's cheated, is The Empowered Wife by Laura Doyle. It's a podcast, book, and coaching program. It's the most amazing transformation I've ever encountered for women and I wish I'd found it sooner.

The Hoffman Process is for anyone who had parents. In other words everyone. It is a gift that keeps on giving. I just got off a call with 18 other graduates from the October group and the connection remains deep and special. If you want a more peaceful and happier existence The Hoffman Process will not disappoint.

I was "processed" 18 years ago at a time of very deep despair and confusion. The Quadrinity Process taught me how I had gotten myself into such a bad way, and most importantly, how to find my way out. The term "transformative" is absolutely appropriate, and for me, has had a lasting effect. Because of the work that I did at Hoffman, I was able to recover my sense of self, my integrity, and over time, my family. Eighteen years later, I remain happy, deeply content, and aware of the impact of this experience and recommend it for anybody whose life is "stuck" or who simply wants to understand themselves better.
