Dont take your boat there he rip you off telling you your motor is no good or put another stolen motor and replaceme your with bad one he stolen my out drive and motor out of my show boat and stolen my trailer for a 15 year old trailer and yes i called the police and they told my that it was a its a small claim case i guess he knows that im sure he's being doing this for a long time

Anthony knows Mercuisers very well. He was kind and more than fair when I was having trouble solving a problem with my engine. In the past he was sometimes difficult to deal with, but appears to be making a genuine effort to improve. I would go to Anthony again, with little hesitation.

If you are looking for genuine Mercruiser parts for your boat engine.. this is the place to go they stock a variety of original- Mercruiser parts if they don't have it they order it for you also they offer mechanical repairs.

Carb was leaking gas. Took it in, it took 5 weeks to be looked at. Once it was diagnosed, I had them fix it. A week later I was told they fixed to leak. But couldn't get motor started. No big deal, I couldn't afford $150 a hr at the time, but surprised they weren't able to start it. I came in to pick it up and decided to take it to another mechanic. It turns out, it's still leaking and they put epoxy in the adjustment screws so the carb could not be adjusted. Not only did they waste my time and money, they didn't properly fix the issue and created another huge issue with this epoxy. It turns out, after a simple compression test, the engine is shot anyway. I like Anthony and really enjoyed his conversations, but I got hosed on this. I would not take your boat here for repairs.

I would prefer to give no stars. This is the worst run company I have ever experienced. I ordered parts on July 10. I followed up via email to be told parts were ordered and all was well. On August 17, I followed up again to be told I had not given a cc. I forwarded the July 10 cc form again. I contacted the management to be told "I will give you the info, you will not give it to me" regarding your order. I have never seen service like this in 48 years. BEWARE!!!!!! I have no parts and have paid hundreds to determine what parts I needed from the company that was to do the labor when the parts arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-

Hi-Tide did a great job servicing my 94' Mercury outboard motor last week. The service was done by Ron, one of their mechanics.He did a thorough job, repairing items that would have caused me trouble in the future. I was shown the worn parts that were replaced.Ron, I'm glad you are around. Much appreciated.Mike

The owner is the most obnoxious, toxic,disagreeable, burnt-out, negative, A-hole bully I've ever encountered in any business!! I had a simple question about installing a part I'd just bought and he went berserk!!! Mr. Hi Tide said if I give him a CC # he would tell me because he's had it with customers "picking his brain" for free. On my last and final visit I came to his business at 3pm on Thursday and he was in his office eating a sandwich. Did I leave with the part I needed? Nope. "I'm eating lunch! Come back in an hour", in a toxic, confrontational tone. The only reason this BULLY stays in business is that he's the only Mercruiser parts dealer around. I advise you to find another parts source rather than deal with this douch bag.

Went there 15 years ago...was treated with downright cruelty....probably a great mechanic if u can take the abuse.
