This location has incredible over the top customer service. The supervisor/manager Tracey was one of the most helpful employees I’ve ever interacted with. I had to buy a huge amount of tools and she was willing to help me find items, and ring up my total hallways through so I could stay on my budget. She also went out of her way to help me find deals. Harbor freight has upped their game on quality and still keeps prices low. I’ve been in the industry for a long time and know how expensive tools can get, but this store really has you covered. Thank you Tracey!

No shop or business is perfect. But, I am impressed that HF has upped its game with their tools. Everything is so expensive when it comes to tools and equipment. I, for one, need to find that happy medium when choosing "best bang for your buck". HF has done so for me. I'm not knocking the tool trucks by any means, for I have a fair share of MAC, Snap-On, etc. Nice to know that I can get tools locally with HF.

What a good experience shopping at Harbor Freight Tools! I was looking for a few specific items that could be hard to find , the friendly and knowledgeable people who work there were able to help me find the locations of my items and offer suggestions for alternative applications for the project I am working on at a very reasonable price point that fits my budget and is good quality.
I really like hardware stores because I am kind of a geek and do it your seller. They have things there you just can't find anywhere else and they can get you on their mailing lists if you're interested in any of the incredible sales the have going on.

For certain kinds of tools, a budget item is the way to go, and it's great to have a resource like this nearby. Sometimes it's crowded, and there's a wait. The parking lot is a bit tight for all the big pickups.
