Great local store. Went in on a whim looking for a game for my husband's birthday. Told the nice guy working there what I was interested in and our general skill level and he gave some options. I picked one that he recommended and it's great! He also told me if we didn't understand or needed help with game play, to give them a call because they wanted customers to have fun with the games they got. Will be going back!

They don't sell singles. Understandable for the size of the store, but not great as there's no other place in marin county that sells singles

The store has a great selection of alternative RPGs, especially compared to other stores that only carry Hasbro D&D. But the customer service experience each time I go there is a turn off.
Most of this relates to the same person who I assume is the weekend manager. Instead of helping me find what I'm looking for, he tells me what I should buy. Doesn't listen to me as the customer and is a bit rude and condescending if I don't agree with what he is trying to sell me. (I'm not interested in contrast paint)
5 stars for RPG selection, 2 stars for customer service and 1 star for the musty dog smell of the store.

First and foremost grade S++ ( for those don't understand better then an A++ lol) customer service!
Was lucky enough to find some dice that become hard to find at a very fair price at gamescape north with ver quick and simple Google search. Places my order and received fast ship and updates. Unfortunately I have been experiencing some problems with my local usps. Despite they item being shipped back to them. They where very quick to work with me and get this issue fix and re ship the item at their expense. Hands down great business and professional services.
Thank you and will gladly do business again in the future!

This is an amazing place to find any game you could possibly want. It is also a wonderful place to do in person gaming. My son and I have joined for D&D almost every week for over a year and highly recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful store. Superb selection of GW and hobby/modeling equipment as well. Lovely tournaments, too.

i would give this 100 stars if i could. There's a new game that's super popular that has been going nuts. All the game stores around Norcal have banded together to gouge the community and rob players of a chance for affordable materials. This gem of a store has made it very clear they are a pillar for this community and they are for the PLAYERS. It's something the other LGS' don't understand because when you treat people as people and not a money printer it builds your brand and trust. you are not a metric to gamescape, youre a friend, family, person, and will be seen. save this lgs at all costs. thank you, 100% will be back!!!!
