such an awesome business, kevin and all of his staff were very helpful. they called us every day for 5 week's updating us on what was happening. my car had some serious damage to it and now it's back looking good as new! they even washed it when it was done which was very kind! overall an amazing experience and would 10/10 recommend this amazing business.

Best car service experience I've ever had. I had an accident and needed a fair bit of work done. I'd never been to G & C before but they were recommended by my insurance company so I decided to try them. So glad I made that decision. As soon as I stepped into their office I saw how different they are from literally every other shop I've dealt with. The office was actually a nice place. And the people were all incredibly friendly. Seriously. All of them. After dropping off my car I received detailed daily updates. Never had that before. The work was done quickly, the price was right and the car looks amazing.

I had a bad experience with this location. Had an appointment set for the morning, called ahead to ask how long it was going to take to get an estimate on a broken window, was told 15-20 minutes so I kept the appointment. Got there early to make sure I was the first checked-in so I would be done fast. Ended up waiting 40 minutes and left since I was going to be late for work. They took a lady before me who came in 10-15 minutes after me. They weren't apologetic but I made another appointment and got the estimate at a later date. Was told verbally and in an email that they ordered the replacement window but checked in 2.5 weeks later since no word and turns out they never ordered the window. Will be taking business elsewhere.

Today I asked an employee whose name I do not know what he thought about my problem with the car and how it could be solved. Right in the parking lot, he inspected the car and gave me a professional consultation without any appointments and bureaucracy. At the same time, he advised wonderful guys who solve the same problems. The worker is very competent and understands what he is talking about. I understand a little about mechanics and believe me, it was the most professional consultation I have ever received from eminent auto repair shops. I believe that in this place your car will be taken care of properly. It is a rarity. Thank you!

G & C did a great job fixing my tesla quarter panel window. Ordered the part and scheduled my service as fast and smooth as possible, even gave me a ride home while car being serviced. And also coordinated with my insurance, made the process so easy. Above and beyond service from Steven and G & C And I highly recommend!

I had a great experience here for my minor scratch and bump (hit & run) on my brand new car. You know how much that hurts. I was treated with respect and kindness. They did everything they could to keep my costs low and gave me referrals for other service providers that could do the job without using my insurance. My scratch on my new car is gone and I was referred to someone who can come to my house to remove the slight dent. I’m so relieved and grateful. Highly recommend. Very fair place.

I chose this shop because they are on the list for both the insurance company of "the other guy" (which saved a little bit of hassle) and are Tesla certified. It's hard to pick a body shop because there are so many, and there's so many horror stories out there. But I'm glad I came here. The car took a few weeks because of part availability which is out of the shop's control, but drop off and pickup were easy and fast. Steven was super communicative and easy to deal with, giving me frequent updates. They replaced front and rear bumper and fixed some dents and paint on trunk. Paint match looks perfect, and the electronics (radar and parking sensors) were calibrated and back to working normally. Very convenient location, only 2 blocks from Enterprise. Highly recommend!

This is my first experience, having my car damage. The trauma of in accident, left me very shaky. Thank God, damage was only in my car. I took my Elantra in a few days before Xmas. A young woman came out to take photos and write down information about the car, ie. mileage etc. Then I was asked to go in the office to fill out some paperwork and they said they would contact me with an estimate. When two weeks passed and I didn't hear from them I called them and was told by the woman on the phone that they have no record of me or my car. I tried to remind her of my visit but she acted like it never happened. Very strange and unsettling.

My wife backed out of a parking slot at Costco and slammed into a black Suburban driven by a young man who was rushing to grab a parking space. AAA paid for our repair and I picked G & S from a list because of its high ranking. The young adjuster at GS was highly responsive. But .. at his suggestion, I postponed the repair for week because they were backlogged and the repair might have kept my car in the shop too long, interrupting a trip to san Diego. He assured me that they would order the parts, so that work would commence immediately upon my return. He gave me an estimate of about 3700$ and thought it could finished in. 3-4 days. The reality is that the repair took over a week , supposedly because of trouble getting parts from Honda. The worst part is that the final bill was almost $6000. Because our bumper cover was smashed, the radar/ driver assistance devices needed to be recalibrated... that recalibration cost over $1300. I told the young man that he should have informed me of this cost in the first estimate.Surely any time a bumper is hit the electronics need to be calibrated. He acted like this was his first experience with this type of repair. BS! The repair was great, car looks like new. But I I found the whole experience drawn out and way more expensive than the estimate, 25% higher. Also there was debris left in the trunk of the car from the repair. At the price they charged, the least they could do was not done. Washing the car would have been a class act. Lesson: get estimates from at least 2 shops.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!.... I brought my mom's car in- had some wiring damage. They had the car for a MONTH. I called 6 different times asking for an update; the first time I called, the lady I spoke with couldn't even find the car (I gave my name, my insurance claim #, etc). Every time I called, I was told that someone would call me back with an update- they did not. I got my insurance adjuster involved- he finally was given an update. When I picked up the car, it was FILTHY! At least return the car in the condition it was dropped off- not covered in auto body dust and inside covered in similar dust. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE- unless you don't care when you get it back and you don't care what condition you receive it.

Overpriced overall charges. G and C said my vehicle was done but when I picked up my vehicle parts were missing and my TPS sensor went out after they said they charged my insurance and replaced the tire. I went back 2 or 3 times to get the part ordered and fixed. After running to G and C maybe 6 times to deal with this, the opposite sided TPS sensor went out. Today all of my TPS sensors stopped working and my alignment is out of wack even though they charged my insurance for it and said they fixed it. I asked for my $200 deposit back from the manager way back at the beginning of this because of all of the problems but he never got back to me. Ever since I picked up my car from G and C my front brakes started grinding and today I had to replace them costing me $400. I don’t know what kind repair shop they’re running over there, overcharging insurance companies, not fixing cars properly, and leaving customers with more problems than they went there with. I mean what the heck is that?

Friendly staff, knowledgeable estimator was right on the money and ready a few days early. Shop is approved by Tesla and CSAA. I was very pleased and relieved that everything was as promised for cost and completion. Periodic updates kept me informed of progress.

They took ages to get back to us just for a quote (D&K got back to us in a day).AAA strongly suggested we go to them otherwise they wouldn't 'guarantee' the work. So we persevered. Finally got a quote, two weeks later. We had been told 2 days.Took the car in.Was told it would be ready in 5 days. No offer of a replacement car.Got some communication from the rep, but when the day came, not a word. My husband calls, I call, they say 'we'll call you back' nothing.I emailed asking if they were 'ghosting us' .Finally we get an email back saying the car was not ready.I ask so when is it going to be ready. By the next day at 1pm was agreed (2 days late)We got there a little early, because we wanted to inspect the work, but they barely made it on time, we didn't have time to inspect the car to make sure the work was done correctly because we needed the car yesterday and so had to go.As it turns out, after we paid, we noticed the work was not perfect and has a visible flaw in an interior panel. I emailed to find out if they could rectify the problem... did they email back? Not a word.Would not recommend.Would not go there again.The only good thing I can say is that at least the outside of the car looks good and the car is drivable.Service: Body & Trim
