Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Waiting room very clean and neat. I received regular texts to let me know the progress of my repair. My car was ready a day earlier than promised and they returned my rental car for me. A nice bonus!

Such a delightful experience. Johnathan met with me and was so very nice and helpful. I needed a solitary bolt to anchor the back panel on my car (it kept flapping in the breeze on the freeway. He honestly said I didn’t need a body shop, told me how to take care of it, then asked the mechanic if they had a spare bolt. They did, they fixed it, no charge and I was on my way. He took care of my stress and they made my car safe again. When I DO need a body shop, I will most certainly go there. Thanks Jonathan!

Seems to be difficult to get to know if they do any sun damage repair on the paint. I filled in a contact form with my question on their website - no reply.
When I called, the lady on the phone didn't seem to know what sun damage on the paint was. She said they don't do that kind of work but they do paint repairs....? I asked to talk to someone else, it "wasn't possible".
I said I could email pictures to show her/them what I talk about, she said sending emails was not possible.
We have used them once before with an okay result albeit the backdoor rattled and still does after they put it back on.

I'd hire Christian to do anything. Customer service excellent, very attentive to detail and keeps his word about when and how often he will keep you up to date.

It was a really bad experience I never have any issues when it come to a auto body repair in one of my vehicles this shop is trash I definitely don’t recommend to any car owner to let them work in their vehicle I been back and forth from this shop to try to have my car fix after two year ago I have a brand new Toyota Corolla by the time and couldn’t ever fix at this time I still have issues with the car that they should repair the first time and now that is raining I noticed that it’s a licking inside the car from the repair areas so mad about this experience with this people they should not be rated one star ??

I gave two starts because when I walked in the ladies up front just stared at me and didn’t welcome me in. I had to speak to them first. I’m black. The next lady that walked in was an older white lady and they welcomed her in offered her coffee and asked for her name and who she was there to see. This is the second time I came to this shop and they did the same thing. The old lady working in front always looks at me like she’s disgusted and when I speak to her she looks at me like she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and acts like she’s on the phone. I already paid for my car to be fixed here and I still don’t get a welcome. People wonder why black people act the way they do, it’s because we get mistreatment for no reason.

such an awesome business, kevin and all of his staff were very helpful. they called us every day for 5 week's updating us on what was happening. my car had some serious damage to it and now it's back looking good as new! they even washed it when it was done which was very kind! overall an amazing experience and would 10/10 recommend this amazing business.

Best car service experience I've ever had. I had an accident and needed a fair bit of work done. I'd never been to G & C before but they were recommended by my insurance company so I decided to try them. So glad I made that decision. As soon as I stepped into their office I saw how different they are from literally every other shop I've dealt with. The office was actually a nice place. And the people were all incredibly friendly. Seriously. All of them. After dropping off my car I received detailed daily updates. Never had that before. The work was done quickly, the price was right and the car looks amazing.
