First off let me say I normally go to Matt and Jeff's in Novato which has always been a wonderful 1st class experience both quality and professionalism. This one not so much. I had a misunderstanding with the staff about service price so they called the boss and things were resolved quickly ,but since then I get attitude from the greeters when I come in. Today he comes up and say you know steam cleaning you floor mats doesn't come with the wash I said I didn't ask for that? Then he says we're not shining the tires either. So I responded I'm in the club I want to pay the extra $20 to have the car cleaned inside and out. He said again we're not doing the tires. So I said forget it and left then he goes ok we can do the tires WTF???? I don't feel valued here I'm gonna drive the extra 10 miles to Novato. Trust me it's worth it

Gas was not the price listed on Google maps and there were issues with the card reader on both pumps we tried. It took $200 out of our account

You’re only able to get the low price for gas only if you get a $30-$50 car wash. Otherwise gas goes up $.30-$.50+ per gallon! Wasted my time driving here unfortunately

100/10!! Friendly, caring staff. I was greeted instantly as soon as I pulled in. I was only there to check my tire pressure and was so anxious about my-almost- flat tire. Huge shoutout to Luis for helping me pump air into my tires. They even went the extra mile to check if my other tires were okay and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend them for all their services! Thanks again, Luis!
