I've been bringing our Havanese to Lois for 12 years. Lois is the best. Mikey loves her so much even though he's not a fan of being groomed. Lois is patient with him and does a terrific job.

Bruno dog can be quirky around other people but handled getting his nails clipped like a gentleman due to the loving kindness of Flo! He was in and out in 7 minutes! Excellent customer service!!

My dog Bruno HATES getting his nails trimmed. But Lois did an amazing job of doing it quickly and carefully and really going out of her way to reduce his anxiety. She was very accommodating to the situation, trimming his nails on the couch in her lobby so I could hold Bruno while she did his nails. It was a great experience (though Bruno might suggest otherwise!) So very impressed.

I've been taking our dogs to Lois for three years and I'm so happy with her. She is gentle with our elderly Maltese and great with our two Havanese who can be a bit of a handful. They seem to enjoy being with her and kiss her good-bye when I pick them up. Her place is clean and well-run. I highly recommend Lois as a groomer and trust her completely with our dogs.

My dog is an anxious dog and hesitant to meet new people, but with Maria she went happily and made no fuss. Every time she comes out with a smile and looking so pretty. Highly recommend

Best in show, they are great, the best dog grooming business. Very caring about their customers and treating them so well. Even my crazy dog who will scream bloody murder when cutting its nails. I highly recommend them. Easy parking too.

Maria is great! She always does a nice job grooming Malachi. He's always so happy afterward. Protocol during covid was pretty easy. Once you park, give her a call, you both wear masks, and she comes out to your car with a leash to pick up your dog. Thanks Maria! Malachi is very relieved to have his summer cut during the heatwave.

Maria does a great job with both my dog (Sheltie) and my long-haired cat! They are usually in and out in 2 hours or less. Our cat is 13 and has never liked being groomed, but she likes Maria Becerra!

I have known Lois for quite some time and she was always there for us and our dog Jazzy. We are now bringing Obi and he is loving Lois just as much! He leaves Flo's looking amazing and wagging his tail. Besides how great he looks, I think he also likes the treats. Thanks Lois!!

We were new to the area looking for a groomer and so glad we found Flo's!! Lois was super friendly and was able to fit us in same day due to cancellations. They did such a great job on our pup we will definitely be going back!

I take my dog there last week end they give me back in very bad conditions she was screech all over from the razor , the nails bleeding and she has a scar down one leg. When I arrive they told me that she had an allergic reaction and for that reason she was red. She looks cute and I even said that I was happy how cute she looked. I didnt realize how bad she was until I arrive at home. She was terrible. I take my dog in different salons before but this Is the first time that I have a such a bad experience. I dont raccomand to anyone
