I placed an order for same-day delivery first thing in the morning, and Saeid called me almost immediately to let me know about an issue with the availability of certain flowers in the bouquet I chose. He gave me other beautiful options to choose from, and got it sorted in just a couple minutes. He sent me multiple photos of the bouquet when it was ready, and also sent me a photo of the delivered flowers. He was so communicative and courteous. I was very impressed by this level of service.
