We were dealing with a last minute drama with our kitchen renovation and I called the store to see if there was anything to be done to get a range top at the last minute. I wasn't expecting to have any luck given that this was Monday before Thanksgiving and all other vendors had quoted me a week turnaround but Chuck and the team managed to get one ordered and available for pickup from the east bay warehouse within 24 hours. This miracle made it so my client is now able to use their kitchen on Thanksgiving and they truly saved the day. I am so grateful and cannot speak more highly about their customer service. Absolutely the best place to get your appliances, hands down. Thank you all!

20 years ago, a dear friend and First Class Bay Area architect referred me to Andy Simpson, stating that he was the best in the business and would always steer me in the right direction. I had never purchased home appliances before I met Andy. It was all a mystery to me. I left everything to him with complete trust. True to the promise, he was and remains unfailingly knowledgeable, available, ethical and well meaning. Ever cheerful and kind, and always willing to generously offer advice as to how to proceed, the appliances that I purchased from him are still in use, all due to his guidance. I have recommended Andy at Ferguson to many clients and friends, all of whom have reported back with great satisfaction and gratitude. I am currently contemplating the purchase of new appliances and am consulting with Andy, from whom I will buy everything. I would not even consider working with anyone but Andy Simpson. Old fashioned good service with state of the art technological and product expertise, a winning combination for everyone contemplating the purchase of home appliances, Andy is a breath of fresh air in an increasingly impersonal world, a complete package of exemplary behavior, finely honed skills and the best of intentions..

The education and service is amazing I have used them a few times. Good prices perfection in scheduling and a push to quality. I’ve spent tons of time on the phone with them only to learn about a product and they will take the time to learn you up:) if you want to know about a history of the long standing store ask for a dinosaur ?

I have experienced the absolute best experience with Andy Simpson, long time employee of Monark and now Ferguson. I have done 3 homes using Ferguson (one in Hawaii with an employee named Stan) and 2 major remodels with Andy Simpson! I have never yelped anyone before but must take the time to thank the Ferguson management team for employing such wonderful, helpful people. Andy went way out of his way to help us with installations of very confusing (to us) MieleAppliances. I have the utmost respect for Mr Simpson amd the Ferguson team. Experience amd professionalism is so rare these days. It has been a pleasure !!!

For the moment, I'm giving 3 stars since, while they were still Monark, we had a perfectly fine experience. However, I have now been waiting 13 months for a Bosch dishwasher (mostly Bosch's fault I think). Monark let me know back in early July that the delivery date had been pushed to this Feb but complete radio silence since. Seeing as it's almost Feb, I just checked in and rec'd auto-replies that they are now Ferguson. I'm concerned about losing my spot in line for my order. My cc co will take care of getting my deposit back. Will update when I hear back. Fingers crossed.

They do not answer the phone - my appliances are apparently in their warehouse and they refuse to deliver and install. This fiasco has been going on since June 2022 - it’s now almost November.

We worked with Andy about 14 years ago when we were remodeling our kitchen and were so happy with the experience we had, we used him again when we purchased another ice machine.Now we have purchased yet another ice machine and low and behold Andy, who had provided superior service to us before, is still there.Andy and his team are still providing superior service and we are happy to purchase an appliance from them again! Originally, Standards of Excellence, Monark Premium Appliance is still the best place to purchase high end, high quality appliances, installation and service. We have been extremely happy with them and would recommend them to anybody. Ask for Andy, you will not be disappointed.

S big shout out to Chuck Terra for helping me with a recent request for help. We bought our appliances from Monark in 2017 and had to re-install them after the Glass Fire in Napa. We ran into an issue with the local appliance company that wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount and I called Monark for assistance. Chuck was awesome and able to refer us to a local technician that did a great job. I have always been happy with the sales team here. Thanks again!

Chuck at Monark has been very helpful with our large appliance purchase. It is still in progress (items not yet received as I just placed the order), but so far the experience has been wonderful. Highly recommend.

Had to cancel most of my order due to months of delay. I was told 18 to 20 weeks for delivery and after 22 week of wait. New delivery date was given . Which was another 20 weeks. So had no choice but to cancel. Communication and updates were less then ideal for such high end luxury Applience dealer.

Chuck was very helpful and knowledgeable with available appliances. He research my 27” wall oven, which was very challenging to find, and he took time to make sure delivery was available as well. I will be calling Chick for all my appliance needs in the future.Thanks Chuck.

This review is not of the appliances which I love but of Monark. I purchased $26,000 worth of appliances, mostly Thermidor. During the installation of the range hood the installation crew damaged some of the glass tile backsplash. This required the contractor to bring the tile installation person back to do some repair work which cost $736 which I had to pay to the contractor. There was no dispute that the installer, Lopex, caused the damage and when I informed Monark they said the installer would reimburse me. I've now been waiting more than three months to be in reimbursed. I told Monark that I didn't hire the installer, they did, so I shouldn't have to wait for the installer to reimburse me. The right thing to do would be for Monark to reimburse me and then go after the installer. But here I am still waiting four months later. If I ever have to do something like this again I will withhold a percentage of the final payment. I suggest you do the same.
