Truly an incompetent shipping center. They are chronically unable to deliver packages on time, and their poor customer service makes it almost impossible to arrange for delivery or pickup. That no changes have been made over years underscores they do not care about efficient service or delivery.

Something as simple as picking up a package turned into a scramble to prove that a package that i paid for and requested be delivered to my new address is mine. They attempted to deliver a package to my new address and notified me that i was able to pick up at the San Rafael location on Francisco Blvd and all i needed to do was present my photo id. Upon arriving i was asked for that id which i provided and at this time i was told that my address did not match therfore i was unable to pickup my packages. The employee called a supervisor who agreed with the employee that i would not be able to pickup packages without my DL having my current address and asked if i could now provide a bill or lease with my name and address. I am all for following procedures and rules ... that being said make them clear and obvious so people are not struggling to pickup what is rightfully theirs is all I am saying. Up until this time no one had ever said that the photo id had to have a current address as well and the signage in the office also said I would only need a valid government issued ID card and listed passport and permanent resident cards as other forms of accepted id's... i don't know if they know this but those do not display any address on them so what are those people suppose to do??? Figure it out because picking up your own property from a shipping company should not be this difficult and employees especially supervisors should know their own rules.

Quickly in and out for my new phone that was shipped and placed a hold on it here so I could pickup bc I wouldn't be at the address for delivery when the FedEx truck came.

This is the regional shipping hub for Marin County. If you want to ensure your package makes it to the intended destination and you have the time to travel here, then this shipping center is your best bet.

I'm in FedEx a lot. Getting packages out is not as easy as you would think. I've gotten great service from Jay, Patrick, Destiny, and Susan. Great staff there and the customer service is why I love this location.
