I went in a week ago to send out important documents. I paid an extra $35 for overnight and the guys guaranteed that the documents would get there next day. A week goes by and they barely got to their destination. The man that helped me was disgruntled and rude. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Get better employees FEDEX !!

It was so nice to walk into a store like this and be greeting in such a friendly and nice manner by the FedEx employee on duty. It was early in the morning yet he was very cheerful and helpful. I wish I knew his name. He was working at 8:30 am in the San Rafael CA office on 4/11/23. Anyway I really appreciate his upbeat manner and the fact that he helped me figure out which box and which service to use that would meet my needs. Thank you for hiring considerate employees like him. PS His parents raised him right (Written by wife of Steve.)

Seriously, SO rude. They've always been rude. But tonight I walked in, and was greeted with, "WHAT DO YOU WANT WE ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE!" I just wanted to ask a question! Last time it was "we don't have time to ship these things-we are closing!"That one maybe I could understand, I get it, but still there are nicer ways to say things in customer service. Anyway, I don't want to give these asshats any business because they are so rude. And sadly, they could not care less.To note: Johnny, you seem too nice to work here! I'm sad for you that you are trapped on this ship of fools and I hope you find a better place to work because YOU understand customer service!

Felt out of place when the employees prioritized white people that were both behind me and I was next. I came in for a simple drop off and to get my receipt. Don't normally write reviews like this but the staff was the same race. Felt so uncomfortable.

This place is awful. Manager on Saturday morning (8/27/22) was rude, dismissive and lazy. Can she answer a 10 second question about prices? Nope, busy doing something else. Except she was standing around making small talk. The two other employees were actively rolling their eyes at this manager, recognizing how inept she is. There are WAY better printers in San Rafael. Shame on me for even thinking FedEx was a good option. Lesson learned.

FedEx OnSite wasn't able to take my label-free return even though they are listed as a drop-off location. No one was attending the FedEx counter. Very unorganized.

I asked for overnight shipping so I could send food to arrive the next day. They charged me $88 for "overnight." I got home and ran the tracking number just to check. Turns out they shipped it to arrive FIVE DAYS LATER. And now the store says they can't do anything to fix it. Don't trust the clerks here! Double check the tracking number before you walk out!

Awful customer experience and service. "Print and go" technology not working. Staff act like you are insulting them by asking for help and then they treat you like you are an idiot when it is actually their poor technology causing the problem. Then they act like they are doing you a huge favor if they print it for you since the technology for self service does not work. They are rude, rude to each other, rude to the customers, and the whole environment and energy of the place is just toxic.

The young man named Nick That works at the FedEx counter at this store is one of the kindest, most considerate, efficient, patient, young men I have ever had the good fortune to have been helped by. He gets an A+++ from me! Thanks Nick For always being so pleasant and doing such a great job!

Arrived just before 5pm today and despite their open sign and other customers being helped we were told they could not ship my letter. The woman first said all her systems were automatically shut off at 5pm. Then she asked her manager (bald guy, small round glasses, salt and pepper beard, not wearing mask properly) who seemed very upset that anyone would dare enter his store at 4:57pm. He kept muttering I should have come in 15 minutes earlier. He then finally said in an angry tone, give me your ID and I'll send it. I did, and again questioned why it was a problem if I arrived before they were closed and why he was acting so angrily. He then, no joke, told me to 'stop talking'! At that point I grabbed my stuff and left. No chance I will ever set foot in this store again. With all the available jobs right now, I have no idea why this 'manager' would possibly have chosen a job he so clearly despises. AVOID.

Absolutely horrible customer service and the attitude of the employees, ESP Maya, is absolutely terrible. She got upset that I sent her 15 jobs , days ahead of time, called me that the order was ready for pick up but it wasn't ready. Yet they still had me waiting an hour with absolutely nobody in the store-line complaining about how I sent them 15 jobs & she had to finish up with a customer which took an hour. Maya also insisted that She was not excited to see me back there with more print jobs, supposedly it's too much for her to go to work and actually work

With the copy place by our office permanently closed (COVID casualty?), I was forced to go further when we finally reopened our office and I needed velo-binding of some documents. Apparently, velo-binding is harder to find than I would have thought. The other FedEx Office center in San Rafael sent me to this one. And I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. When I came back to pick up my job, I needed it shipped too. They were super-busy and I had all the info they needed with the items, so I just left in in their capable hands and let them contact me with the tracking number later. I *never* do things like that. I usually don't trust anyone to handle my business. But I could tell the guy helping me would get it done right and I didn't need to stress either of us out by hanging around to watch. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but he was there 6/28 and 6/29/21. The other guy working today was also pleasant and helpful as they hustled to help several people at once.
