I went in a week ago to send out important documents. I paid an extra $35 for overnight and the guys guaranteed that the documents would get there next day. A week goes by and they barely got to their destination. The man that helped me was disgruntled and rude. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Get better... read full comment

I don't know why this has a low star rating. I was helped by Pat, and he was attentive and very helpful in advising and helping me with my shipping needs.

Felt out of place when the employees prioritized white people that were both behind me and I was next. I came in for a simple drop off and to get my receipt. Don't normally write reviews like this but the staff was the same race. Felt so uncomfortable.
