Muriel is such an amazing teacher. She is so knowledgeable and constantly learning to improve her student’s practice.
Our Yoga studio is in an urban setting in the center of Central San Rafael. With much parking offered within a block in 3 different directions. We offer many types of classes in studio & livestream. We have an amazing community built up over a number of years and have recently moved to this new location. There is plenty of space to spread out and do your practice. Our amazing staff of teachers have years of experience and are here to assist you with your practice. Check our schedule for your favorite classes. We currently offer in studio & livestream classes & outdoor events.
