Currently not a client at this vet office but would love to be! I spoke with someone on the phone a few days ago. I just recently got a puppy and she is due for her 2nd round of vaccinations. The receptionist politely told me that they are currently not taking any new clients due to COVID-19, which seemed reasonable. She placed me on a brief hold and she instructed me to call back in a few days when another vet would be in the office and she may be able to see my puppy! Additionally, she gave me some great advice on taking care of my puppy's diarrhea caused by her diet and dewormer. My puppy is now pooping normally and much happier! Looking forward to reaching out again in the upcoming days to hopefully get her seen for her shots!

Dr. Leah is an earth angel. Before meeting her, two people told me that she was special. For the first appointment with my new puppy, I cannot deny how radiant this veterinarian is. She is knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and so clearly has a gift with animals. Highly recommend!

I'm a bit surprised to see the one and two stars below because I've had a wonderful experience. I had to switch vets when I moved to Marin - daunting for me (and little senior rescue) especially since I lost my beloved Doodle a year ago after paying a San Francisco vet $15,000 to remove a tumor on his spleen. My dog died less than a week after surgery. So, I'm skeptical and did my research before coming to see Dr. Estheimer. I found the staff very friendly, the techs warm and professional. I was surprised by the amount of time Dr. Estheimer spent with my little one and how patiently he listened to me recount her history. I particularly appreciated his discussion of her latest senior female dog issue and his recommendation NOT to push medication on her (or bills for prescriptions and unnecessary tests on me) before we'd tried a few other options. For me, this shows they are a clinic that cares about the pets and their caretakers rather than one that tries to rake in as much cash as possible while playing on caretakers emotions. While I can't provide a review of these folks as a long term client, I can say that my initial experience has been extremely positive. My dog is extremely relaxed in their environment and with their techs and Dr. Bill. The clinic has earned my trust and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vet in a friendly, caring, affordable and responsive clinic.

This has been my go to vet for over 20 years. Now with the awful newer receptionists who have no idea how to smile or show kindness I'm not sure I can stomach this place ever again. One of the girls (the one with the angry eyebrow job) has the rudest and coldest attitude I've ever experienced there. Previously I've always liked the receptionists. But today she essentially shamed me for being late after I started out the check in by expressing how sorry I was for being late; as if it was necessary to continue to berate me in front of other clients with the exact amount of minutes I was late and how I might not be seen. (Which I said I understood and was sorry) The appointment was just OK, I had to really ask for an actual exam which I've had to do more than once there...meaning if I'm paying 67.00 please actually look my dog down from head to toe! The vet recommended of course every single extra exam, shot, flea med, etc that he could. Then when it was time to go the receptionists were talking between each other right in front of me about how I had been so late on my rabies shot. Under their breath but VERY obviously about my dog and the lateness. At that point I told them both they were awful to me since I had gotten there and that I'm over 20 years of coming to this vet I've never experienced such coldness. They both started defending themselves and trying to act like they hadn't been acting rude which of course is just more gaslighting in front of other clients, but I didn't care. Someone had to say how awful they were being. Talking about a client right in front of me without addressing me? Cmon you little 8th grade bullies. I think it's time to find a new vet, unfortunately. I'd stay if I could get in with my old vet there Dr Estheimer but apparently he's not taking "new" clients, though I'm a VERY old one, after my ast dog passed I guess he's not my vet anymore. I don't find as kind of a bedside manner with anyone else there now. And the new receptionists aren't worth exposing myself to.

Today was our elder cat's birthday, and these wonderful, loving people gave him a party with pictures and hats. The staff here is loving and kind. And I know Joey is alive at the age of 20 because of their care....so grateful.

My review is based mostly on the outstanding care my pooch has received from Dr. Corinne Anderson. My pooch has several medical problems, which Dr. Anderson has been able to diagnose and prescribe treatment. She is very caring, calls to follow up, and responds quickly to my voicemails, even on her days off. I highly recommend her.

Boo! I want my Nex Card. I got a coupon for free tick treatment for my dog, Sweetie, and tried to redeem it by calling and asking to schedule. However, when I tried to schedule the appointment with my coupon, they said they only did it online, which it did NOT say on the coupon. Even right now, my granddaughter is writing this review for me. Agism.

My cat thrived in their care and lived to be 20 years old. When other vets told me his medical conditions would only give him 6 months to live at best, Dr. Doug Evans informed me of several things that could improve his quality of life. He lived two years beyond anyone's expectations, and had an amazing quality of of life at home. The staff is patient and wonderful. And the other doctors, including Dr. Radke and Dr. Estheimer, carved out precious time in their schedules to see my kitty, even when they were fully booked. I would highly recommend this practice to any cat or dog owner.

This review is for Dr Radke. She is the only vet we see. She is understanding and compassionate. She gives you advice like it was her own dog. Our first dog we took to her for years...he was diagnosed with cancer at 13. She was very practical with advice on quality of life treatment. And in the end she even recommended a colleague who does House calls to help us humanely and calmly bring his suffering to an end...knowing us well enough to know this is what we would want for him. Now we have another pup who has had a slew of immune issues and he's 3. He just had TPLO surgery and I trusted Dr Radke's opinion the entire way. She doesn't do the surgery but has been there for us the entire time. Answering my emails with tons of questions after hours. She is always patient with me (I'm a bit high maintenance) and I just am grateful for her. I also find the staff very helpful and loving to our dog. They help me lift my 90 lb dog into the car when needed, pick up his mess when he goes in the waiting room and don't seem annoyed by it. Given that we have been to them fairly often in the last 4 years I can't say enough good things.

Both Dr. Evans and Dr. Leah are not only great doctors, but also great human beings. They are always very caring, trustworthy and professional. The office staff are also very friendly, nice, helpful and hardworking.
