Dominique is so great! I have worked with so many mediocre lenders in my career, that it is such a wonderful surprise when I get the opportunity to work with someone who not only knows what they are doing, and does it well, but excels in every aspect of the job. Working with Dominique was such a delight. She was thorough with our client (a first time buyer), and quick to reply, which can be such a relief in a transaction where everything is on a needs-to-happen-now basis. I was pleasantly surprised, and would love to work with Dominique again. I highly recommend her.

This is a long overdue review. My husband and I worked with Dominique last year when purchasing our first home. From start to finish, Dominique was very communicative about the whole process and kept us up to date on everything. She worked tirelessly with us and answered our many questions. Honestly, if it weren’t for Dominique and Lori, and all their hard work- we wouldn’t have been able to close on our house and we are so appreciative of that. I highly recommend working with Dominique! The best of the best out there ;)

Dominique is Super Amazing!!! Her communication and dedication in answering all our questions in detail with examples in a timely manner.She was very transparent, professional, but at the same time I felt like she was someone I known for years and we never met in person!The process was very smooth! She provide us a Preapproval letter within a few hours after of us providing our documents for the loan, got an excellent rate, our appraisal scheduled with in days and and now we are approved to close!! All in just 9 days!!!I can't express how blessed we are to have been introduced to Dominique and working with her has definitely been a pleasure!

We would not be home owners if not for Dominique!Just coming out of bankruptcy 3 years ago we did not qualify for a conventional loan but Dominique got us approved for an FHA loan with a very low interest rate.Bankruptcy+FHA loan+no substantial amount of cash, we were the least appealing buyer in a hot real estate market! However, Dominique reassured us that we are a highly qualified buyer and treated us as one. She even initiated contacting the listing agent to verify our credit worthiness.Dominique was very responsive, prompt and professional since day 1. She emailed our pre approval letter on the first day we contacted her. She was always available to answer our questions via text, zoom and phone calls.Four months later and after loosing to several bid wars, we took a really big risk to get our offer accepted. Without Dominique's expertise, solid experience, vast knowledge in mortgage loan application and guidance the deal could have easily fallen through and we ended up with no house and lost our earnest money! We really owed it to her!During escrow, she maintained a good and transparent line of communication between everybody that was involved in the deal. She patiently and professionally dealt with the real estate agents, lender, title/escrow people and us. She diligently and persistently followed up our case. Truly went above and beyond!We never thought that we could own a house in the Bay Area. We are a big family of young kids and this really made a big difference in our lives! We have dreamed it long enough and now it’s real because Dominique rooted for us! She is one of the most genuine person we know!From the bottom of our hearts, Thank You Very Much Dominique! One Sunday morning while reading the real estate section of the SF Chronicle, I read a small piece about a successful refinance transaction that Dominique assisted with. On a whim, I called the contact number for her with my question and 20 minutes later (remember it is Sunday morning!) she called back!. Long story short, she was able to work out a refinance package for me that also included my HELOC. Now I have a single fixed rate loan for a lower rate. She even arranged for the notary to meet me while I was out of state in Iowa. Not only does Dominique know her stuff to a tee, her interpersonal skills are exemplary. She listens, relates, and cares. I would highly recommend Dominique Stevens.

Dominique is simply the best. We have known her personally for many years and she the sweetest, most caring person. She is also a very hardworker! She helped us navigate a REFI on our mortgage and suggested we combine an outstanding line of credit, with our mortgage into one new 10 year loan. She found us a great interest rate and we are very grateful for that! Dominique was involved each step of the way, giving us the important info we needed and followed up with all of our questions. She used email, texting and phone calls to communicate with us. Her experience in this field was crucial, since the world of mortgages can be challenging to non-professionals like us.
