We were helped by Ken and he got us a great deal on a sofa and TV stand. He was very accommodating and even offered to deliver them the next day. They've got a large selection of modern furniture (and more by catalog, so he said). Everyone we talked to was very friendly. We would highly recommend Dimensional Furniture Outlet to anyone looking for something new!

Let me start this by saying I had searched far and wide with many furniture store employees following me and "assessing furniture" with me. Sigh. I had almost gave up until I got to Dimensional . The owner, was kind, honest, and very helpful! The shop is clean and has a lovely lay out. There's a ton of options, and they even encouraged we shop around and compare pricing.

I've always seen Dimensional ads and many of my friends have raved about their mattresses, so I was excited to finally see them in person! What I love most about this store is that the employees are not pushy and do not seem to work off commission. They do not hover, and they let you take your time trying the mattresses out. I ordered last week, and I already love it!

Dimensional Furniture also carries at least one American made brand, from California, for upholstered furniture offering custom options for size and fabrics on upholstered pieces like sofas, sectionals and chairs, with catalogs of the furniture and maybe hundreds of fabric samples for them along with space to sit and search through the options.

Henry was amazing! I have been shopping for a new couch for 2 and a 1/2 years and do not enjoy the process. I had been into echelon a couple of times but got overwhelmed and left. The last time I walked into echelon Henry greeted me and started asking me questions about my once and needs in a couch. Within 15 minutes he had identified 3 couches that we're going to fit my needs. He kept it fun light professional and direct. A special ordered the couch he gave me an estimated date The couch came in 2 1/2 weeks I had a schedule. Have had the couch now for a couple weeks and we love it! Not only is it a great quality, stylish but it is comfortable and looks amazing in the Room. Thank you again Henry you're the best!

I was able to get most of the furniture within a couple days, as I bought floor models. The delivery team was seamless and they got me all set up without any hitches. Ken keeps me informed when pieces come in that fit my design style. Walking into Dimensional Furniture feels amazing- their pieces are such high quality and curated beautifully. I look forward to many more trips in the future.

Dimensional Furniture Outlet may be isn't the cheapest place to purchase furnishings for your home BUT it is the BEST we have found in San Rafael! I can count on the quality of goods being great and they have gone out of their way many times to help us find exactly what we were looking for! I can't say enough good things about the owners or the products they sell! It's our 'go to' place for nice furnishings!

I'd driven past Dimensional several times and didn't even realize they sold mattresses until I happened to see a sign about a mattress sale right when I was in search of an affordable one for my guest room. I ended up getting a great mattress for a much better price than the so called discount mattress shops. And the mattress ended up being more comfortable than the more expensive one I bought myself two years ago so now I'm swapping them around. They also sell these awesome Murphy beds that I would want to buy in the future. I didn't have time to check out everything, but what i did see looked great and I would go there again.

There's also an interactive furniture inventory that you can browse if you don't see exactly what you are looking for. Prices were definitely reasonable and less than the standard furniture stores in San Rafael and the quality of the fabrics were on par with them as well. There were also unique standout pieces throughout the store that aren't the same ole cookie cutter furniture and accent pieces that you see normally. We received great customer service from entering the store, to narrowing down and purchasing our pieces. Highly recommend driving out here and taking a look!

The delivery team was on time, fast, and took all necessary steps to protect our new sofa and our home. Each and every one made us feel like we were working with family vs your average sales people. Great service. Ken and Henry were so helpful and knowledgeable. I loved the non- pressure sales approach. Great selection of furniture and fabric choices. We purchased 2 chairs, sofa and recliner. Can’t wait to get our furniture in.Very honest and direct about expected delivery dates. Can’t wait to go back and get more items.

This was our second time purchasing furniture here and each time has been such a good experience. Henry was a patient and very informative sales rep with high energy who made the mattress buying experience so easy. We told him what we like and didn't like, and he was able to get us out of there in around an hour. Will definitely continue to go back for more items as needed!

Quality, delivery service is above all and sales reps are great and knowledgeable about their product! The store offers so much and they are not worried about the next deal coming through the door. They take care of the customer and continue even after the sale. I went back for another piece and no matter the cost they are there to help you in choosing, design and so much more. The is the kind of furniture store I have been missing for a long time as I can't ever get anyone in the Room Store to bother to help. Quality of furniture and service is exceptional.
