As a result of reduced driving over the past couple of years it had been a while since I had to get new tires and wheel alignment. The folks at Diamond Tire Center made this experience as quick and and painless as possible. Everyone I interacted with - Sara, Ryan, Chris, Sergio - were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. It is so rare these days to be able to get anything done quickly, professionally and at a reasonable cost but I am happy to say that I was able to experience all that with the good folks of Diamond Tire Center.

Store front is not visible from the East Francisco Blvd. the entrance is all the way back of the south side of the building. Ryan helped me on the phone to give me a discount for 4 tires after finding the availability from the warehouse/distribution center (older car and hard to get sizes). Another family member just got 4 new tires here 4 days prior to mine.
I’m not the kind of consumer who will just go to a same store to get an item if it’s going to cost more than $2-300.
I called 4 other tire centers (including one large warehouse center in Novato). Ryan was able to give almost $100 less than other places and he noted free alignments on my order on the phone, so Chris was able to pull that Ryan’s note/order record and have that done as well.
I believe getting 8 new tires by one customer means they could see all our orders in their system and perhaps could offer 8th tire for a deep discount.
In the previous years when I was at Diamond, I’ve seen a young high school age employee working in the shop. I wanted to support a business where an apprenticeship/learning at the job is offered.
If you buy your tires here, you could get tire rotations for $20 as they recommend for every 5,000 miles.

I know nothing about cars, Ryan is honest, knowledgeable and more than fair in pricing.

These guys are awesome. They helped me troubleshoot some vibration issues with my Mercedes AMG. They fit me in with no appointment and went way way above and beyond with their service. Their team spent time with me to explain their analysis and make useful recommendations.

Have been going to Diamond Tire for a number of years, ever since Jack Neuhaus recommended them along with the Costco tire shop who sent me to them for an alignment.
I enjoy working with them as they are fair and provide good service with a full report of what they found and did.
Similar to my years of experience with Jack Neuhaus before he retired.

Ordered tires from TireRack and Diamond came up as one of the recommended installers I could ship to. Had never used Diamond before, and was annoyed with the previous recommended installer I had used tagging on additional fees that weren't included in the fee they quoted to TireRack. Diamond charged me the exact price they quoted to TireRack (so I paid exactly what I was expecting) and provided pleasant, professional, and quick service. No complaints and will be thinking of Diamond for my cars' future tire services.

I've been going to Diamond tire for almost 10 years now. Ryan is always very accommodating and does great alignment work. I have multiple M3s, one set up for track duty, and they always take their time getting to the specs I want. He also has great prices on tires! Support local businesses.

These guys are fantastic. Came in for a leaky tire, they fixed the flat and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I will definitely be back for more tire maintenance.
