I thought to give this establishment a call to inquire about an alignment for my vehicle as I work very close by.
My phone call was answered promptly, but that's about the height of my experience. I mistakenly used the wrong terminology while asking about an alignment (wheels vs. tires) and was met with a quick, slightly annoyed correction by the associate. Off-putting, but I continued. After I received a quote, I ended the call and immediately called another shop a few doors down. Not only was the other shop friendlier and more accommodating with their service times, but they were also cheaper by $25. I'm kind of baffled as the reviews for Dependable are very good and seem to be deserved, but they've now earned a 1-star due to a 20 second phone call that could've gone a lot differently. I truly wish you luck Dependable, and I hope this was a onetime ordeal.

Ron and Bonney are great! I wouldn't have anybody else touch my vehicles for alignments except Ron. He does an exceptional job with attention to detail he makes sure the job is done right. He has been taking care of my vehicles for over 37 years, never had a problemHe is the best!

From new tires, rotations, sensor problems, oil changes, tune ups, hoses .. they are the best. I wouldn’t take my 2007 Chevy Truck anywhere else. Better make an appointment because they are busy and the best kept secret in the county

I highly recommend Ron and his team for any tire and alignment work that your car needs. Ron was super helpful, honest, and communicative while helping with my BMW's alignment. The car now drives perfectly and I can't thank him enough!

My family has been going to Dependable for decades, not only for tires and alignment, also for general service and maintenance. Tire prices are better than online and quality of work is great. I trust them with some pretty exotic cars too. Also, if you have a vintage hot rod, muscle car or sports car, this is the place to go.

I was referred to Dependable Tire and Brake years ago by the service manager at the Subaru dealer. What a great referral! Dependable Tire offers great service at great prices. The best part is they know their tires. I now drive an Infiniti and they have been just as helpful. During Christmas week I had a slow leak in a tire and called to see if they could take a look. After they confirmed I was a regular customer, they squeezed me in despite their booked schedule. The price? Only $35! I can't even buy a pound of steak for that these days. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.
