Time after time, the owner is such a jerk. If you own a business aren't you happy when people walk into your establishment? Isn't that the point? Customers come, look, inquire, find, like, buy. Cha Ching! That's where the profit is, the sale of what ever it is you offer from nuts and bolts to mirks... Or hey CELL PHONES. He acts like you are annoying him and he has to get up and walk over to help you. My mom's dying any day and I need my phone, I had called first to see if they had the model of phone I was going to get and they said yes. So when I'm there he wants me to call and get my account number for the trade up, told him I didn't have my phone that's why I'm there to get another, can I use your phone( since they answered their phone when I called) the jerk tells me he doesn't have access to a phone I can use to make that call,!!!!!! Liar!!!!!

The store clerk, Leslie, was playing games on her iPad and cussed me out when I asked why was she being so rude and abrupt. She then told me to get F out and gave me the finger.Please check your surveillance cameras and you'll see that she gave the middle finger.This happened at 230p on Monday 6/12/23.She should be fired immediately. I've been with cricket for almost 5 years and have never been treated this way.I will write/call corporate and reach out to the store general manager as well.

This place seems CLOSED ! Closed Tuesday Apr. 25., and Wednesday, Apr. 26., with no note on the door, no one answering the phone or responding to voice messages on either day, and an old UPS delivery notice pasted to the door. CLOSED ?

Needed to get a phone and the associate working was very helpful. Walked out with a new phone and all data from old phone was transferred to new phone with no hassle.

Wow, what a great experience with Martha and Evelyn. They were soooo helpful and fast. I got an awesome new phone for switching from boost mobile. I highly recommend cricket, it's been so reliable and it's the same network as AT&T. Thanks ladies that was soooo painless.

I have a lot of good things to say about switching to Cricket. But my favorite perk of all is the great customer service at the San Rafael store. Evelyn is beyond helpful and utterly patient with us late adopters. I have saved myself a lot of time & effort by stopping by the store for help instead of trying to do the research myself.
