I used to bring all my family's cars here and recommended them to everyone but I can't do that anymore. Thay had to repaint my bmw and mini after they didn't get the paint right. On my truck they refused to fix an area when their paint started to check. Mediocre blow and go paint jobs that they don't stand behind after you take your car. Was so much better when Stacy was there.

I highly recommend this shop. They did a wonderful job and my car looked a lot better when I got it back after the additional wash and vacuum! I was kept informed of all the steps as they changed and more damage was found after the initial evaluation due to damage under what could be seen. The staff was great and friendly and if I need any work in the future I will go back to this company.Services: Painting

The fact that you came on here and said you felt that adding the damage was unethical is a *very* cheap shot. You should have said that face to face with me, and you didn't. You wouldn't dare. My truck is high mileage, yes, but it is well-maintained. I do feel like the damage was caused by the accident. It wasn't there, then the accident happened and it immediately started making the noise. That seems like an unlikely coincidence to me. I get that we have to work within the framework of the insurance protocol is what it is. Let me ADD, that even though you think it is unusual to have that type of damage related to an accident like mine, that you ALSO stated that you didn't get a full inspection so it COULD be caused by the accident, but you couldn't promise me it could be covered. I *already* said FAIR ENOUGH. You said you disagree and that it may be, but it's hard to prove. I talked to insurance and corroborated that info and had my mechanic inspect it. He confirmed it wasn't an engine noise (which by the way was VERY apparent during the ride along since you turn the wheel one way and there is grinding and you turn the wheel the other way and it is silent. I don't know how you get engine noise out of that, but I'm guessing it's when you have a front desk guy ride along instead of a "technician". It's an unusual thing with this type of accident, that's *my* guess), My mechanic told me that it was likely a wheel bearing and *could* very well have been caused by the accident. He is honest and I trust him. Case in point, he told me he would have to inspect the vehicle more thoroughly on a lift to be able to say that confidently, to which I agreed and scheduled an appointment. I shared that with you! Does that "feel unethical"?? The fact that you are in here implying that I encouraged you to do something that was unethical is garbage, and disrespectful... not to mention that your response is from your "business manager" who I never met or spoke with at all! By the way, my mechanic and I both hear the noise from the back... right near the accident. Your front desk guy, Marco, is the only one who "heard it in the front" and "thinks", that even though the noise was clearly changing with changing the direction of the car, that it was an engine noise, and he acted that if he just kept saying that over and over, it'd come true! Unreal. So unprofessional. I will add that maybe his language skills were the fact that technician and mechanic were conflated. In any case you refused to have a "technician" look at it, so please don't turn the issue into an argument about semantics. The fact that you had me spend my time to come in for an appointment, telling me a mechanic, a technician or whatever you want to call that person would be available to look at it and then refused, telling me how expensive that person on your staff is, shows me that you do not respect me. I did not force you to tell me that a technician would be available to look at it. That was you. I absolutely do not care how much it costs you. I don't work for you. I certainly never asked you to do anything unethical, nor did I imply it. I hope *you* are not implying that because I left you a poor review. *That* would be unethical. It is unacceptable to me that someone would ride along with me and gaslight me about the noise so I would let it go and save you the headache, which is now obvious to me is what was happening. I certainly am glad you will not have my business. Your response cemented that. Only because you did a good job on my car two separate times (thank you), am I not changing this to a one star review. Your bait and switch, frankly ridiculous, "inspection" with a front desk person who only gaslighted me and was otherwise completely useless at effectively communicating, disrespectful of my time, not mechanically skilled by training (or demonstrably in any other way, frankly) who also had the nerve to act like he was i

We have used this shop twice now. Much as I hope I will have no need to return, if I do need body work for my car again I will absolutely go back. Marco is extremely professional and very straightforward. He really worked hard to find the parts needed during this insane supply chain era. They partner with the insurance carriers to make the whole process as painless as possible.Services: Painting
