We use them for our Non-Profit Theatre Company all the time. They’ve been nothing but gracious and helpful, and their dog Kodiak is adorable. Great folks, great service!

I am very happy with their service, pricing, and turnaround time. I started with a job consisting of several hundred copies. In addition to making the copies, they noticed that the sheets formed two "packets" and stapled them appropriately. This attention to detail, while unexpected, is one of the reasons I can say I've found a company with which I will form a long-term relationship.

Highly recommend this copy shop. Susan really saved me a few weeks ago and was very kind to me in a moment of distress. She helped me with a last minute printing job for my wedding (ceremony programs and table assignments) after Staples completely messed up my order. Not only did she figure out a way to print my file on the heavy cardstock I brought in, at the right resolution and two copies per page (saving me paper and money), but she even cut them down to the size I needed and turn the job around very quickly. All I had to do was pick them up the day before my wedding. Total god send. Thank you so much to you and your team!

I just went into the copy shop and I had a simple very simple question I was received ignored initially. I was also given very ugly looks. Maybe it’s because I don’t look like a wealthy person I don’t know I’m in a wealthy area. All I wanted to do is see if they can print something on a piece of paper for me repeatedly as a label because I couldn’t figure out how to do it. There were absolutely no customers in the building. I felt very judged and they were rude to me and told me I was being rude but they were rude first and it was awful I would never go here and please do not support then thank you

I had a great experience here in getting hand drawn invitations copied. They were able to match the color exactly and can barely tell the difference from the original! They were able to complete the job by the next day and at a very reasonable rate!

During COVID, requests for documents can be done by phone call or email. This is my first time working with them, and they responded very quickly, gave an estimate for the work and a time when the documents would be ready for curbside pick up. Their rates also seemed very reasonable. Looking forward to working with them.

I got an estimate from Rich for some printing (on a tight budget), and was quoted a range for a good amount of flyers. He said I needed to get the photo in pdf format, so I did. I went online, brought the artwork in that was done online, and was told by Susan later that the price didn't include printing, but was only for the setup of the job...and I'd have to get a couple hundred less flyers to fit the budget. I understood perfectly, but decided to skip it. Later I realized Susan told me they paid someone else to do the setup, so I wanted to ensure they weren't out any money because of me. I called to do the printing, and was rudely dismissed by Rich, saying they were "done" with me. As it was a genuine miscommunication, I apologized, as it certainly did not sound like two different parts to the price, when initially quoted. I appreciate them lining up the pic and text, (I'd done this online already) but I don't appreciate a rude refusal to take my business. I was not being rude, simply on a budget and he didn't say setup and printing were separate. While I do respect their business, the attitude is very off-putting. He was very friendly the first day, and then complete reversal.

Great small business that does a beautiful job. I had a piece of art I wanted to copy. The gal who took my order went to great lengths to make sure she got a highly detailed and accurate copy, even the pencil signature and even though it was an inexpensive job. I highly recommend this company.
