The entire team is incredibly warm, welcoming, helpful, and patient. I had a tricky phone transfer to Verizon, and they made the process so much easier. Silvia helped me the most—she was fabulous, even putting on the screen protector perfectly! Jesse and Denise were also awesome in getting the process started for me, and they even moved my appointment time earlier.

Carlos was very helpful and efficient and he was alone with multiple customers. I was really impressed with his knowledge and also was pleasant and made everyone relaxed. It is my second time getting a phone there and it was great both times. It is my go to place for Verizon

Manager showed up late and told us that it would be another 45 minutes upon opening the store. Which we had arrived 30 minutes after the store should have been opened.

God awful service.Walked into the store to ask a question about signing up for home internet and I was immediately greeted by a lady who immediately had a rude demeanor towards me. Instead of helping me or connecting me to customer support, she suggested I drive all the way to the corporate offices to ask my question. She treated me like i was an inconvenience by simply walking into the store, and gave me attitude for no reason. Going with a different internet provider instead because of this interaction.
