February of 2023, purchased 32 k carpet for entire house. Hossein urged me to buy the Fabrica Savannah weave as I have two dogs and he said it was the most stain resistant.Since then there have been minor accidents that in the past 25 years of carpet cleaning inmy house were a non issue and I was able to clean with shop vac and professional steam cleaning 3 to 4 times a year.Not now. After a professional steam clean, the residue and stain reappears. Even pouring water in the carpet leaves a stain.Leigh and Hossein have offered to replace only the areas where the stains remain, leaving me with a patchwork from a different dye lot and a lot of unusual transition areas. Plus… I would pay a premium to have them reinstall.If you care about your home and piece of mind if you do have an issue, go to Architectural Design, Ken Carpets or another well respected carpet retailer. I wish I had.

Awesome customer service! Nicole was super helpful, knowledgeable, patient and personable. She provided me with multiple carpet samples to take home and I did not feel rushed at all to make a decision. The carpet installation was easy to schedule and the installers were fast and efficient. My only feedback: it would have been nice if the installers wore shoe covers during and following carpet installation. Overall highly recommend this family owned business.

I am totally delighted from beginning to end with the service, advice, guidance and professionalism. Had great sales experience.. not hard sell. listens and suggests accurately based on my needs and wants. Installation was very skilled, friendly, fast, efficient, careful of the house, good natured.Actually was a relaxed experience. So service fr9om beginning to end was excellent. will refer many to them. loved working with them. put carpet in three rooms.

If you want white glove service and a great quality product go to City Carpets in San Rafael.I recently purchased a beautiful new carpet from City Carpets, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch.First off, the selection was fantastic. They had a wide variety of styles, colors, and materials to choose from, so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions and making suggestions based on my needs and preferences.Once I had made my selection, the installation process was a breeze. The team arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently, making sure to take care of everything from moving furniture to cleaning up after themselves. The end result was a beautiful, perfectly installed carpet that exceeded my expectations.Overall, I can't recommend City Carpets highly enough. The absolute best customer service, product selectionand installation. I shopped 3 other carpet companies in Marin. I was then referred to City Carpets by a friend. I contacted them and the owner, Hossein, offered to come by and show me a number of samples. He listened to me and responded with a nicely edited selection. I needed his expert advice as I was a bit tentative and this for for my entire house and a big investment. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the order was available. Hossein accommodated my schedule and sent his top notch team of Caesar, Pepe and Rafa. They moved heavy furniture, including an armoire bolted to a wall, and were professional and communicative. Huge thanks to them, Hossein and the City Carpet team for the major improvement in my home.
