Since June 26th I called and spoke to the branch Manager Cynthia Miller she noted that she had a meeting with a customer and would call back in an hour. Never called. I have called the bank everyday since then and have left numerous messages on the 2 lines to reach this branch. Have left numerous messages and have never been contacted. Anyone thinking about using Citibank should reconsider

I just tried to make an appointment on line and it tells me I can't because they don't have anyone at the branch that speaks English. Really??????????????????

Opened an account here after living in the San Francisco Bay Area for 3 years. and kept the account open when I left california. good location, nice ATMS outside. Branch Manager Amanda was awesome

Citibank will open your account, but close it without a reason. The management at this branch is useless and Citibank makes it that way. DO NOT open an account with Citibank.Poor off-shore Customer Worst. The employees in the branch do not answer the phone. I even overheard the branch manager say customers can talk with customer service.So, I went to the branch to close my account and they wouldn't give me my account balances. And wouldn't give me my money. Instead, they blocked and closed my account and will hold my funds for 30 to 60 days.Isn't this stealing? Corporate mafia.How much interest will I get on my money while they use my funds the 30 to 60 days making high interest loans?Do your due diligence and choose wisely.

Mr. Gonzales greeted my mother and I right away. I explained my mothers situation. He expedited the necessary documentations and put them all in a folder. Very professional and understanding.

What kind of bank doesn't cash checks that are from that bank?! They said it's too much for their system? It's f**** 2023 people. Not to mention waiting 30 mins to find that out. Citi bank is the worsttttttttt, I should've listened to the other 10,000 bad reviews but I thought I'd give them a shot, oh how stupid I am

Avoid at all costs! Sued them once and won. Suing them again, they won't return $821.25, that they owe me! Never been treated worse.

I concur with the low number of overall stars. Most inefficient banking experience of my life. The banker was nice enough but wasted an hour of my time being UNABLE to assist me. Then I wasted another 3 hours NOT BEING ABLE TO BE HELPED. I'm simply attempting to get my debt moved from Citibank's outrageous 26% interest rate and can't do so because I don't have the credit card with me because i don't freaking use it...I'm disgusted by the sheer ineptitude I've encountered. Will tell everyone I know what a horrific experience I've had. And I STILL haven't been assisted.

Terrible location! ATM machines always broken or technical issues... And 4 out of 5 times I've gone inside because of having issues with ATM machines, had to wait 20+ min to see a teller due to having only ONE teller! I just told their supervisor that I will be closing my account as soon as I transfer my funds into another bank!!
